Need help with half life of Test Undeconoate?

Weekly injections of test U is fine. I’ve been using it for every cruise for the last four years.

I vary from 125-250 a week depending on what I’m doing, all as once per week I to the muscle.

I have bloodwork showing dosages and total testosterone one and shit, but for me 175mg a week is optimal as it keeps me around the 977ng/dl range.

Im going again for my annual bloods so I'll see what Im at. The real issue is that a lot of the UGL the dosages are slightly elevated as seen on anabolic lab.com so my issue unless I get Pharma it will be hard to dose it good.

Do you guys really think that 250mg a week for HRT is too high? You're at 180 mg test cyp? no issues? age? Im old over 50....

It sure if you didn’t read or what.. but 250mg wouldn’t be TRT, at all. It’s definitely enhanced territory.

For example, my actual prescribed dosage is 125mg once per week. That gets me to around 550ng/dl and that’s where my endo wants me. I’m 35.

Iḿ 54 an my value is outside reference on 180Cyp EW.
My MD says to lower mg to stay in ref.value. I don't want to because i feel great now

All fine. TRT is a replacement for your own test. a man makes bout 60mg of test naturally each week.

What do you use now and what's your testlevel.
Ref. value 8.6-29nmol/L
~250- 836 ng/dL (some clinics have different ref. value. 265–923. )
So this brings up a good question so if 180mg of test a week puts you over the top of the reference range if taking more say 200, 225 or 250 how would that affect the reference range in the blood and what if it is higher than 1000ng/dl? is there any long term health implications or will this affect your body's natural hormonal axis in the normal range affecting things such as libido long term? Did you doctor explain how more would affect you in his opinion.... thank you

My latest test level was 34.29nmol/L tested early morning.
( ~989 ng/dL) Medical they want you over 17nmol/L(490ng/dL) and in ref. range. if more test are outside range, they advise to lower the dose.

{Hormone therapy, transgender, female-to-male (off-label use):
IM (testosterone enanthate): 100 to 200 mg every 2 weeks or 50 to 100 mg every week
Hypogonadism, male (primary or hypogonadotropic):
Initial dosage: 75 to 100 mg once weekly or 150 to 200 mg every 2 weeks
Usual dosage range: 50 to 100 mg once weekly or 100 to 200 mg every 2 weeks. (aburaihan site)}

You don´t feel better if your testlevel is 800 or 1000ng/dL

If you are medical advised, why not listen to your MD ?
If you do 'home' TRT, i would advise to start at 125mg EW and do blood after 6 weeks of use

My main issue is using UGL gear on anabolic lab most gear tested overdosed so I'll try to keep it around 200mg, get my bloods and see what the numbers come back.

I guess Ill adjust from there...

if you were to have a max number what would be 900-1200 range?

What would you consider long term safe range?

Isn't it fun having to diagnose your self as you get old......

you're getting a little confused.
first of all, the graph does not show the level of testosterone in the blood, but the mg that are released.
you can't compare
300 to 1,000 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL) or 10 to 35 nanomoles per liter (nmol/L)
with the graph.

second, what is this test cap you keep naming?
the half-life of tet undeco is 12 days

giving an injection every week is too much, a real trt therapy requires much longer times.
but if you want to have a good high testosterone level and stable blood values 1 a week is fine.

bloodwork should tell you all you need

if you really want the stable level, microdosing ED seems to be the answer

Microdosing TRT more closely mimics natural biological fluctuations in testosterone but is the opposite of the convenience of Test U.

Convenience of weekly injections but now all your cells are bathing in androgens 24/7. This is convenient but not physiological. I've argued that if you want more physiological exposure, take a sustanon-like blend twice a week. Doesn't mimic natural testosterone fluctuations exactly, but at least you get periodic troughs.

*disclaimer: I have no idea if this matters for long-term health.

no one can tell you, only your blood through continuous bloodwork and continuous monitoring can tell you where the testosterone values are.
there are no mathematical formulas because there are too many variables

While I see your theory I don't think you would have stable bloods and too much of a yo yo affect at least for me....

Based on the half life I don't really see the benefit and pinning 2 times a week its just too much try that when your 70 .... Not for me also the half lives are not where they need to be consistent (your body does it consistently)... look at the difference not even in the same category. Also you may not realize Sust 250 has testosterone decanoate 100 mg in it and your pinning 2 times a week which I think it is less stable undeconate, how do you think a bunch of different compounds varying strengths yo-yo effect in the blood bouncing from high to low I don't see that as a benefit at least for me....

I think long term this will stress your organs constantly, liver, kidney etc...

Can’t assume that a certain dose will put you in “TRT” or “blast” territory. I was using 91mg/week (26mg/EOD) and that put me at 900ng/dL. Other guys need 150-200mg to get there. It all varies. 140mg put me over the readable 1500ng/dL on the capped test

I use Test U @175mg/week taken as a weekly dose. I don’t notice any fluctuations in my levels. If I do 350mg every 2 weeks though, my estrogen spikes.
