Clenbuterol vs AAS legality in the U.S.

Is clen a controlled substance like AAS in the U.S.? So if you get a seizure letter and one of the items was clenbuterol, would your name be flagged?

Realistically i doubt you'd be flagged for either, there's more important things LE are after than one guy ordering personal amounts of gear

Yeah that’s the optimistic thought, was just wondering if LE holds clenbuterol to the same legal status as AAS, couldn’t really find anything concrete on that with a google search other than what’s attached. I got a seizure letter coming and i already can assume what it’s for, so I guess they took my shit but other than that I’m safe?

No. Clen is not controlled. It's legal to possess as a research Chem. Only illegal for USA Dr. to prescribe.. It's asthma meds. They don't care about it. They may if selling but not possessions.I have researched it in the past even say a lawyers opinion. Ok to possess.

Haha..yeah that’s another thing, the pack had 350 of the 20mcg SoPharma tablets, so I’m not sure if they would consider that “intent to sell”. There was also a fuck ton of ketotifen, nebivolol and telmisartan. Fucking scumbags, not feeling all that “free” right now.

Haha well no worries I guess, just basically telling me what they took and slapping a value 5 times what I paid on it. Can you believe one of the options they gave me is to make an "Offer In Compromise"? So they seize my shit, slap a value 5 times what I paid on it, and tell me I can pay them to MAYBE get it back?! Wouldn't in a million years do this, not that stupid...but the AUDACITY of these people!

I think the limit for international meds is 10 items or they can confiscate it. I order meds from a legit Mexican Dr and he informed me of this. Never had any seized packs from him but I order 10 items or less.blood pressure stuff.

I'm sure that at an international border as when you ship things into your country the health and safety of the medication will be considered. If it's considered a dangerous drug (not approved for human therapeutic use in your country), the government can seize it in any quantity because it's readily apparent that it's intended for human consumption given that it's a human pharmaceutical drug in the source country.

I don't know whether it's an explicitly prohibited substance ("scheduled"), but it's subject to health and safety considerations.

It's a subject of money laundering for sure, these shitheads resell seized drugs that's it. At least that's the case over here.

I understand your point, but I think it's somewhat naive to think that they care about my health and safety. There were other meds in the order; telmisartan, nebivolol, and ketotifen. Hardly a "hazard" to my health. The clen? I'm an adult, I can make that decision for myself and don't need anyone else deciding what's best for me. It's not a controlled substance in the U.S., so I'm not breaking the law, in fact the seizure letter does not mention anything about legalities. They can fuck off.

If you say so bro. I'm sure if you read the letter of seizure it explicitly references the legal authority that they used to make the seizure (it doesn't have to be under the authority of any criminal drug statute is my point).

How do you even know you have a letter coming?

What did the letter say?

What they confiscated, it’s value, and my options; that is, to appeal the decision, to make an offer in compromise, or to abandon. Of course, I am going with the latter. It was just clenbuterol, ketotifen, telmisartan, and nebivolol.

No reason why? It's just weird cuz They confiscated all legal items.
