Clenbuterol ????

Need a little info......My girl wants to try some clen and i have seen info on 80-100 mcg ed for 2wks on/2wks off is this correct or is same dosage good for any period of time???
Is this dosage even correct or am i off in left field..

she is 5'7" @ 140lbs
 
If clen is ran for too long of a time your body will start to build up a tolerance to the substance and in essence will become ineffective. Clen is most effective when ran 2wks/2wks off with an ECA stack during your off wks for max. fat loss. I'm not exactly sure on doses for a female, but IMO I would not start her off at 80mcg/ED. Begin her cycle at a lower dose to assess her sides effects and go from there. I would suggest this ONLY as a second resort to diet and cardio.

Big......Dragon is exactly correct....you cannot run Clen for more than about 2 weeks before you body will build up tolerances to it.

I would definitely not start her at 80, or she is going to be screaming from a headache and nausea. I would start her at one tab, split in two, taken morning and afternoon. Then Follow the dose below: PLEASE NOTE: .5 means a half a tab, not mcg. If she is handling the sides o.k., I would progress her a little faster on the ramp up, but make certain you stick with the ramp down.

Day - 8am - Noon - 5pm
1 - .5 -x- .5
2 - .5 -x- .5
3 - .5 - .5 - .5 (Will most likely have a headache)
4 - 1 - .5 - .5 (Notice Shakes)
5 - 1 - .5 - 1
6 - 1 - 1 - 1
7 - 1 - 2 - 1
8 - 1 - 2 - 1
9 - 1 - 1 - 1
10 - 1 - .5 - 1
11 - 1 - .5 - .5
12 - .5 - .5 - .5
13 - .5 -x- .5
14 - .5 -x- .5
15 - .5 -x- - -x-
16 (Only taken .5 tabs if you see start having chest palpatations)

Keep in mind this is going to only increase her Metabolism by about 12%, so she needs to watch her diet. However, the good thing is she will probably not want to eat too much.

Her Diet & Cardio is in place, I have stressed both..

She is doing Cardio A.M. on mty stomach will this need to be altered with the A.M. dosage or no effect?

Fish.....cardio is best on an empty stomach, but I would definitely have here eat something with the Clen. Easy to do, just get up, do her cardio, eat something and take the Clen.

I wouldnt do Clen and ECA together they both work on the CNS System, I can only imagine how someone would spazz if they were using them simultaneously.

Definitely start out slowly, I don't really buy into the 2wk on/off theory. The first week is just figuring out a comfortable dosage. Personally I have ran clen straight for 4 weeks without noticing any diminished effects in the fat burning. It is supposed to lose the "anabolic" effects after two weeks, but I take it more for the fat burning.

The main problem I noticed were severe leg cramps, no matter how much water I drank. It was also hell staying clean on my diet, it really cranked up my hunger. My temper was also extremely short... strong believer in ClenRage. As far as cramps, supplement with Taurine,Potassium and make sure she drinks 1 gallon of h20 a day and it will help to minimize them.
