"Clinics" and Legality

First: I'm not going to talk about any specific clinics.

Okay, now that that is out of the way, what is the legality of getting your stuff from an online clinic (anti-aging clinics found on the 'net)? It would be for TRT, so I would assume that the 'patient' would be pretty clear from legal troubles, provided you follow the clinic's procedures.

Is this assumption stupid?

Anyone?

I was going through the history of the board and BigKarch said this "maybe an internet doc will but then you running the risk it is still illegal." in a thread about someone trying to get his doctor to prescribe Deca.

Yes and no. If you obtain steroids with an "invalid prescription", it is illegal - you are in violation of the law.

However, patients/clients are rarely prosecuted and usually only when they try to get insurance to pay for their steroids.

You can find more info in this article that I wrote a couple of years ago:

Thank you for the info. I'm curious - some of these Dr's will let you get the equivalent of a years supply (6 bottles of Test). While this is not tens of thousands of dollars of stuff, I'm still concerned that it would draw a red flag and get me in trouble.
Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; U; CPU OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148 Safari/6533.18.5

I dont get how would it really cause a problem? One would just go down to the local pharmacy and pick up their prescription, right? I cant picture overseas orders going through customs or anything like that.

If the Rx is for something other than testosterone and if you try to fill the Rx for a large quantity, do not be surprised or for it to be unexpected it will be reported.
