This is a opinion that I share with some others, though some may disagree. Hope it helps others.
This is just information about clomid.There should be other items included in your post cycle therapy besides clomid. Good luck to you and keep researching.

This is a good idea but there are quite a few problems with your chart.

Notably you have oral products which generally have a 4-6 hour half life waiting 3 days. Test susp which has a 12 hour half life waits 3 days. Then you have Tren with a 24 hour half life also waiting 3 days. Then you have Test Prop which has a 2-3 day half life waiting the same 3 days.

Winstrol needs 2 weeks of clomid usage but all other orals need 3 weeks?

I'm not sure if you realize it but the time from end of cycle to start of pct/clomid depends on the half life of the product taken. Basically, you want pct to start when the amount of circulating AAS has fallen to a low enough level that there will be minimal continued suppression by the AAS.

As for the injectables, primo depot is primo with an enanthate ester and you're saying start clomid at 10-14 days. But Test enanthate needs a full 14 days? Then you're saying primo enan only needs 2 weeks of clomid but test enan needs 3 weeks when they both use the same ester?

Freak, I wouldn't normally pick apart a post like this but I'm sorry to have to tell you this is not good advice you're giving out here. You are probably thinking certain products are not as suppressive as others but once you're suppressed, you're suppressed and it's half lives that determine when to start and it's half lives and cycle dosages and length of time on, that determine how long pct should last.

Very good info,which is why i start Clomid/Nolvadex at the end of my cycle. This way,it's already active when my cycle ends.

Max rep - this is good feedback, because when I shot the chart out I did it based on old information of halflives, I've had saved from a long time ago.
Appreciate the help ,I'll adjust the chart as needed, so it can benefit anyone who needs it.

I appreciate your not taking offense to my post. You took it the way I intended, thank you. You'll notice I changed a few time periods to allow the start of pct to occur approximately after the time period of 2 half lives past last intake.

Note: The higher the cycle dosage and the longer the cycle length, the longer pct needs to be run. Above is a general outline for 10-12 week cycles of roughly +/- 1,000-1,500 total AAS usage/week during a cycle.

What is a decent cycle for clomid? I remember a pyramid type cycle on here a while back. A lot of posts say to front load the first day. Are most people in agreement with this?

I was going to do 3 weeks
300mg day 1
100mg ed 2-14
50mg ed 15-21

I was going to do 250iu's of hcg per day, but how long should this run before the clomid.

I just found phreezer's pct. SWALE recommends not going over 250iu's of hcg while phreezer states 1000 for ten days. What are others thoughts on this.

HCG: 1000IUs For Ten days. Starting one day after last injection.
Clomid: Starting on the last day of The HCG.
Day 1: 150mg
Day 2-8: 100mg ED
Day 9-16: 50mg ED
Day 17-24: 50mg EOD
NOLVADEX: 20mg ED Starting and Ending on the same day As the HCG.
