37" sleeve length
17.5" biceps
45" chest

The only button down shirt that even remotely fits me is a made to measure shirt from J. Hilburn. They are gonna run you 100+ per shirt but they fit perfectly.

I don't have a problem as I'm a little guy but you could always get a larger fitting shirt and bring it to a seamstress.
