CNS fatigue comparisons

- Would training to failure at 8-12 reps, compared to failing at 15-20 reps, create the same amount of stress on the CNS?

- How often do you all train to failure? Every exercise? every set? weekly?
 
Never really thought about it,but i would say getting to failure in the 8-12 rep range is more stressful.I dont get to failure in every set but in every session yes.
Only when use routines with a lot of volume (many sets and reps)i open an exception and dont get to failure in none of them.
