To start, I'm 6'3, 180 pounds and been working out for about 3 years. I'm getting out of the Military soon, going to college and looking to play sports. But first I need to get over this hump I've reached and gain some weight. I'm looking to get to about 210 or 220 pounds and do so as fast as possible!
I know I don't eat properly and could easily gain the weight if I had the right structure. My problem is though that I will be eating at the campus cafeteria and basically not eating the best food. Is there any suggestions on what kinds of food I should be choosing to eat and if possible, does anyone have a diet regime that I should follow, for someone of my build.
