COMEBACK CYCLE, Im so lost!

I’ve been on house arrest for about 6 months now, which has completely stopped me from going to the gym for obvious reasons. Ive had to cut some cycles short.

I’ve run about 4 or 5 cycles, my best cycle was my first cycle (first full cycle) a year ago, a simple test compound and dbol cycle run for 3 months. I went from 155-190 and ended up below 10% body fat, I am also 21 years old and 6 feet tall.

I dont know if it was just genetics but for a bulking cycle, I ended up very lean, and great gains overall whilst only eating a normal amount of food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Pretty much bulked my way to an aesthetic body somehow while eating whatever I wanted. And any cycle I’ve done after that was much harder to gain and pretty much just maintained my weight or became leaner.

Now my problem being I’m on house arrest, my last cycle was in March. I am now down to 160 pounds, basically where I started… Can’t go to the gym to maintain either.

So I took a loss, but now I’m looking to make a comeback but I am unsure where to start literally. I know I must begin with prepping my body, get my muscle memory back, and diet properly.

But I really want to cycle as soon as possible. What this really comes down to for me is the cycle I’m going to choose.

I honestly don’t know how I made such great results for my first cycle as I wasn’t counting macros or sticking to any certain diets. I would just eat whatever I felt like eating and it worked out. Although I bloated along the way, everything levelled out and I ended up with a sculpted body.

I ABSOLUTELY MISS THIS BODY, I MISS IT SO MUCH. I honestly don’t know what I did or how I got such good results but I WOULD LOVE to do it again.

I am so worried about getting good labs now also, I don’t want to waste time or money. After my first cycle, the rest of the cycles mostly just maintained my mass and strength.

As they say the first cycle is always the best.

So basically, WHERE DO I START? HOW CAN I HAVE THAT PERFECT CYCLE AGAIN? Ive been off since March! I’m so lost! I don’t even know what esters react best with my body anymore!

T400 1.2 ml Monday (frontloaded Thursday first week 2mls)



Started Dbol November 24th, 2015. 40mg/day



Test Prop kickstart 100mg/EOD Nov, 26th Thursday



Last Test Prop shot Dec 7th, 2015



Finished Dbol, Dec 23rd, 2015



Got arrested between these 2 dates

you don't need to do a cycle but you do need to do some research, your right back to where you started because you did not do pct, you also did your cycles to close together, I can go on and on telling you what you did wrong but your better of to do research so you know for your self, I will say you need to do bloods doing 4 cycles in a year at 20 years old I'm almost positive you caused damage. the last thing I would recommend at this time is to start another cycle.
 
You should be fine to get back to 190 naturally. The muscle memory will blow you up real quick.

You aren't ready to cycle if you're losing gains like that. Your training and diet sucks, and you don't seem to have the knowledge base to make the most of these compounds. I don't say that just to be mean, but it's reality.

Hang out around here for a while. You'll learn what you need.
 
You got your priorities mixed up.... Stop worrying about how big you are and start worrying about being how good of a contributing member to society you are.... Stop getting arrested get your training and diet in check and it will come back... Find a stable routine for quite some time and research and you should be ready to cycle again with a lot more knowledge and a better head on your shoulders
 
Well all my bros here couldnt have said it better. You deff dont need to be cycling till you can.get your priorities straight man.
 
On house arrest. So not even on probation yet. You're ass should be sitting in a cell right now so chill out. After this you'll be on probation and if the PO catches you using PEDs you're ass will be in a cell for the duration of your initial sentence.

Get your life straightened out, then get back in the gym, then consider you're options.
