Go to tools in the internet browswer click on it scroll down to internet options click on it. Under the general tab you can delete cookies and clear your history.

Go to tools in the internet browswer click on it scroll down to internet options click on it. Under the general tab you can delete cookies and clear your history.

Also under content tab, turn off AutoComplete completlely and clear forms and passwords. This will help tremendously.
