Been having problem where I am unable to push my leg work out to the limit. I took 3 days off from gym and cut out cardio. So i tried to do legs at beginning of the week. Still didn't help with fatigue. I added extra 100 carbs and cut back on fat a bit. Didn't do anything but make me feel more bloated. This week I started to get Charlie hoarse in right hamstring doing cable machine.si I just stoped there. I take potassium and eat 3 banna a day. I up my water intake to the point I piss every 30mins. I up my salt intake aswell. Had sorta same trouble with working out my back. Just can't seem to work hard enough to get sore. Everyother muscle I can destroy with no issues. I just don't have the strength it feels like I need for legs mainly. Any ideas would be great.
