Contest prep 4 weeks out

It means I have a coach. I answered the question.
Thats close to correct were doing 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs chicken is grilled no butter just straight up the protein I didn't guess it literally says on the bottle 5 carbs per serving I'm taking 3 servings. 10 weeks ago I was 220 7 days ago I was 185 yesterday I was 177.
I'm 5'11
You mentioned that you had a coach earlier, and I missed it.

Your weight is dropping very fast.

My macros calculation is way off based on this new information.

That’s actually a lot of calories for being this close to competition. Change the chicken with cod and cut the rice at least in half.

I'm allergic to fish, im no longer in a surplus and the rice has been cut in half so has the chicken and the eggs are going to be 5 egg whites next week

If you went off my calculation of calories it is not accurate, since he changed/modified the description of his diet after I posted. He's losing more than a pound a day (185-177 over 7 days). That's really fast 10 weeks or more into prep. I would probably be adding calories if not for the closeness of the competition and his current state of conditioning. Losing more than a pound a day this far into prep is really, really fast (too fast in my opinion, although my opinion is not worth much).

But he has a coach. I assume his coach sees his current condition and knows the competition date and will have him ready. I also assume his coach has a good track record of producing trophies for his amateur athletes.

So what does your coach say about your current condition this many weeks out, as compared to the peanut gallery here? I am really curious since you have competitors posting their opinions here, including an actual IFBB pro who chimed in.

This whole thread is weird. OP doesn’t even know if he is 4 or 6 weeks out. Wouldn’t you know if you were going to step on a stage? It’s also posted under cycle logs but has nothing about cycles in original post.

Coach also thought I was dropping weight fast thats why he's been increasing my carb intake qere up to 40grams a day now and adjusted the protein to 190grams, as far as condition is concerned he thinks I'm gonna look like a freak on stage since I'm leaning out significantly while still drinking.over a gallon of water a day and slightly increasing the calories . I'm also noticing significant changes in muscle composition.

If you have a coach, then you should just do what the coach says and just give updates here.

Do you trust your coach. Does your coach have a track record of obtaining trophies for his male, amateur clients in your division?

Yes he's got a good track record and coaches some local pros aswell I still appreciate the input none the less because no matter qhat someone else knows there is always another person who has knowledge to add to that
