If I tell them that I identify as a man they will thats how the new Trans clause works
Lol more power to you man but got I hate what the world is be coming. Not that I don't want you to be able to get it covered, but if you had said that same thing 8 years ago people would think you're crazy.

You really did a killer job with this show man

I also hate what the world is coming to with all the prop 3 shit but hey if it makes for a free surgery for me I'll take what i I get and say what I need to say just playing the game the system wants us to play.
And I appreciate it the current plan is put under more weight till I get to my stage cap I was at 173 stage weight for this show I want to get myself to 176 for my next show and hopefully get leaner then I was

Thinking about running some gh with my off-season, im probably gonna go with qsc based off prices my current source wants 150/kit of generic which seems a bit pricey to me, any input would be appreciated contemplating insulin aswell

I would go with gl or opti

Don't use insulin just because, use it strategically only if your fasted bg creeps up

If you start seeing fasted bg above 90, implement 0.1iu Lantus per kg body weight, assess after a few days, if it's still high increase 10%.

Can I pm u?

did you have it mostly on one side?
No. Long very aggravating and annoying story. I’ll make it quick tho.
Initially went to surgeon asking for direct incision (on nipples) to removal glandular tissue. He said, let’s try vaser lipo, “I’m really good at this technique”. Went home and did some research and came to find that lipo alone is not adequate for the removal of dense glandular tissue. He convinced me to go against my gut feeling.

First surgery he did vaser lipo, it basically lipo suctioned all the fat from rib cage to collar bone. Got some of the left gland and virtually none of the right gland.

Second surgery 4 months later he did direct incision and removed right gland, which was very prominent, maybe tennis ball sized (posted picture)

About 4 months later he removed what was left on left pec ( maybe quarter sized gland)

Very depressing mindfuck of a situation. Walked around with 1 very prominent bitch tot for about 4 months. Covered by a wife beater tank and then thick oversized pro club t shirts. Very self conscious obviously.

Now I am extremely happy results are great but what a fuckin hassle!

Pecs look great but right side where the very large gland was has a small indentation.

Don’t do high doses of steroids and then put yourself in a predicament where you can’t come off of them properly!

Also bet your surgeon thoroughly and make sure he has done Mammaplasty reduction for bodybuilders (hormonal gyno) which is medically called true gynecomastia. And not just a overweight dude with fatty breast tissue( which would’ve been ok with the vaser lipo process)
