Contest Prep Coaches

Does anyone here have some good recommendations on some contest prep coaches? Where I'm currently living there's a bunch of mediocre ones who literally
Use the same prep techniques and have a hard time giving positive advice on what to change and when to change... My last show I went in looking flat.. Wasn't too happy...

Online coaching is fine I would probably talk to the actual coach about flying in to see them occasionally and that's about it.

So far I've been recommended to try out Shelby Starnes

My coach is from team warrior within online. seems to be worth it so far
It's 120$ a month. Check it out and see if they can offer u a good coach

I always recommend a coach you can see for contest prep - online only isn't going to cut it.
Without knowing where you live, my generic recommendation would be Matt Porter.

I don't mind driving or flying to see the coach if they are good I have the money to do so. I want to have the best pushing and coaching me up

Dave Palumbo is a good contest prep coach and he's not that expensive either, i think for a 12 week prep he charges about 800$, far better than the other big named contest prep coaches around right now that charge 2000$ for contest prep.
