Sounds dope brother!
Are you doing your 30 min fasted cardio in the AM before any meals?
Have you ran EQ in cycles before? If so, how does your body respond man

yes I'm doing my fasted cardio in the morning before any meals...fasted... lol. Yes I've run cycles and this will be my third time competing. Test tends to make me a little full and watery but during contest prep I really struggle with staying full and go flat extremely easily so I think that test dose will help balance it. Same thought process for throwing anadrol in a weeks

what are your macros?

Lol bro I literally posted meal by meal what I'm eating. I don't "flexible diet" call it bro or old school I eat the same foods bc that's what works best. Could you get in shape eating pop tarts? Sure maybe. Do I think that's optimal? Fuck no. I eat the same meals at the same times every single day. As I start getting leaner and flattening out I'll implement a "cheat" or refeed meal as needed will most likely be sushi meals

Thanks brother. I was hoping one of the vets with competition experience like yourself would check out this thread
What you want to do right now is come down slow and steady. Think of this as the pre-diet diet. At 14 wks out you should be fairly lean (as in average to slightly below average bf%, I'd say 12-14%) from that point forward the goal should be to have good abs by the 7-8 wk out marker. The next 4-5 wks will be getting ready as if every weekend was the competition and wheb you think your already lean enough just keep getting leaner. By 2 wks out you should be ready to go and just waiting for it. That's how I used to do things anyways. Don't get caught up in that mindframe of not having enough gear and using 12 different compounds. Stay away from panic mode on the cycle as well as the diet. Just keep it smooth and steady

I agree w everything you said 100% I'm starting on purpose further out than usual and although I don't look very impressive right now I usually get further out of shape chasing size in the offseason than I did this time and it tends to come off somewhat quickly. Thanks for the input man

How tall are you brother

Quick update. So far every meal of every day has been what I posted above. Tomorrow I will be replacing meal 5 with a sushi meal that will consist only of rolls with no added fat (no avocado, spicy mayo etc) just to help stabilize my weight as I was down another 1.5lbs today just from yesterday, and also fuel up a bit for legs on Monday
