Does not seem overly suspicious in nature. Seems normal protocol for postal deliveries if recipients unavailable at time of delivery.
 
If a package requires a signature and no one is present at time then that's what happens. Arrange for you someone to sign for the package or go pick it up on the 2nd delivery attempt.

Yeah it does require a signature, It was stuck in customs for like 10 days but i think that could be due to the traffic thats found in the holiday time.

Sign for it. But if it feels weird to you. When you get inside take a big fat marker and write “Return to Sender” on the pack. And leave it on the table by your door. Let it be for 2-3 days.

If nobody comes you’re good. If someone comes, hand them the pack and say I never ordered anything from this address. It’s NOT mine and must be a mistake. Bye!
