Converting Albuterol mist to liquid

I have several inhalers of Albuterol and want to know if it's worthwhile converting them to liquid for a cut cycle.

Example:
I would convert 2 inhalers (100 micrograms per dose, 200 doses per inhaler) to 20mls of liquid, 1ml would contain 2mgs of Albuterol.

Questions:
What would be the best solution to covert, distilled water or alcohol?

What is ideal? Dose 4mgs upon waking, 2mgs every 4 to 6 hours along with 1mg ketotifen before bed? Or, 4-6mgs upon waking 1 time a day with no ketotifen for a longer period of time?

Not worth the effort IMO. 1 inhaler contains the equivalent of ten pills assuming you figure out a way to catch 100% of it. And the pharmacist sells 40 4 mg pills for $15 shipped. They'll go much further if you just puff off them all day long.

Right now, I figured it would be more of a hassle than it's worth, I might go through him but will still do this conversion just because I have the inhalers already and like to experiment lol. I plan on misting with the unit submerged to catch all the mist. I have 4 inhalers so like 80mgs, so maybe a two week supply. I didn't realize pharmacist was so cheap so thanks for that advice man.
