Could I blast for 6months straight as a first cycle?

Test takes minimum 6 to 8 weeks….
Why is 200-300 useless?
Because 200mg is a trt dose, and unless your low T, your gonna be disappointed.
Why shut your body down, do all this work, for low gains? Go read, 500 is the standard and has been since the age of time. It is the safe zone where you get very good gains and it isnt too high, where you can learn to control sides.
200mg is a very generous trt dose. my natural test is only 300-400ng/dl (I've done what I can to optimize it trough diet, sleep and supplementation but it doesn't go above this), 200mg would already put me at like 3x my natural test

I was just asking. I haven't bought anything and wasn't even close to starting anything yet. Yall gonna crucify me just for asking questions, at least I'm trying to understand what to do and why and not just doing "500test bro" because random guy on the internet said so.
When I ask a question about why something is bad or good I'd rather someone explain to me rather than saying "you should know this bro". ok, how tf am I supposed to know if I'm not allowed to ask. And don't tell me "just research bro" because one person is saying 500 test for 12 weeks and the next one is saying 200test for 20 weeks, so go figure
why are we crucifying you?

Because you don't do any research on your own, you are asking to be spoon fed information.

you don't know what you are doing at all. you should stick to a starter cycle of 300-400 weeks but you are somehow convinced that isnt long enough to see any changes.

You are somehow different than all of us. Then you are comparing yourself to much bigger and experienced bodybuilders

^^ Above. These guys are pointing you in a smart direction. You will be shocked by progress with solid diet and moderate PEDs on 12-14 weeks.

I do 4-6 months cycles. I have been doing this (not 4-6 months cycles) 21 years. The dynamics of why I do this are numerous and would go over your head.

What you need to know out the gate as you educate yourself is that your body will not likely tolerate prolonged use well without significant side effects.

Listen to the people you turned to. They are not trying to hold you back. Quite the opposite

Yes.

However, I do not think you have what it takes to do a six month first cycle.

First you would need baseline blood work (this knocks 80% of people wanting to do gear the safe and sane way out). Second (after reading your other posts) you would have to drop some weight (when you exhale and flex your abs you should see they exist, think a two pack lol). And lastly, you would need to start low at like 150mg a week test for 4 weeks, get blood work (we just knocked out another 10%), then go up by 50mg a week for another 4 weeks and then get blood work again. Rinse and repeat.

The goal would be to see how you convert estrogen, how you body responds to drugs and how you mentally handle the drugs.

You do you, but don't underestimate the power of a good diet, consistent training and solid data on how your body reacts to even the smallest amount of drugs.

Thank you very much for your respinse.
I was only thinking about this and wasn't even close to starting a cycle yet, obviously I was gonna get leaner first and then think about.

You can do longer cycles as a male, as long as your blood work is good, you are able to train and eat, and you are still responding. @Grey Spartan hit the nail on the head to be honest.

With more experience you can successfully run long cycles, but first time around you will struggle to do it effectively.

The goal of the first cycle should be to put on as much muscle as possible, and learn how to control your estrogen. Right now if you take too much testosterone then you’ll have a bad time, because you won’t know if you have high or low estrogen.

alright, thanks guys. when I eventually do a cycle I'll just stick to 12-16weeks test only.

Could I do 24-30weeks on low-moderate doses to milk out progress over a longer period of time?
I tought about starting Test and some other compound on top of it. I was thinking either S4 or Anavar. Which of these would be the safest to run for long and will give me decent results?
S4 would not impact my liver but could give me vision problems, Anavar would work well but would mess up my lipids and could cause more hair loss. I tought about HGH but at the moment it's a bit too expensive for me (less than 3IU x day seems useless as it would be only a replacement dose, I could affort 3-4IU but it would dig a hole in my wallet and MK677 is out of the question as I do not want to deal with the increased appetite)
I would have started with 200 Test x 8-10weeks, then 8-10weeks at 300 and 8-10weeks at 400, along some other compound (and an AI if my estrogen gets too high)
I also tought about AC262 as it seems to be a very mild and relatively safe SARM but I can't find a decent source for it.
Well my first cycle was 250mg test C every 3.5 days fur 20 weeks. It was considered the beginners cycle back when I started.

yeah but 12weeks seems like such a short time to see significant changes.
You are starting from this incorrect premise.

If you get your diet sorted out properly, which is where most fail, and your training is intense, you will be drastically different before and after in a 12 week period.

Significant changes in 12 weeks require more than just injecting hormones. You also need the right stimulus (training) and nutrition.

1) diet, 2) training, and 3) hormones. If any of those three things are not 100%, then your results will not be 100%.

I always said it and I'll say it again, if I were to do my first cycle again with my current knowledge, I would do 300mg Test only per week for 12-16 weeks depends on how well I respond and handle it.

As unpopular as my opinion stands, I believe that first cycle/blast is were you get the maximum out of minimum (dosage wise), not effort. Diet and training as always the key to success.

More is not better until it's necessary. Save it for later, that's if you want to advance further. First cycle is basic shit at it's best.

I feel like even if their diet is "okay", FIRST cycle will have remarkable changes.

OP just seems to be in a rush/special snowflake.

dont take sarms orals or hgh
first do TRT at like 900 ng/dl get bloodwork to see how you convert to estrogen
and see if you breakout in acne or get gyno.
while you are doing this, do research to understand what health markers are impacted by steroids and how to mitigate them and make your own decision

Now that I have been on gear for 8 years this is what I would do looking back

Not common first cycle advice but this is in hind sight now

Start with test only and milk it for as long as you can. Find the dose where you get little to no sides and don't need Ai. Most likely 10 weeks minimum

run that aslong as you can until you plateau and the scale stops going up

at that point add in another short ester compound with the same idea as low as possible before sides kick in. Run the second compound for another 8 - 12 weeks and when you plateau again go down to your trt cruise dose

you should be massive by that time assuming diet and training were 100% like they should be if you are considering gear

example test at 400mg a week for 10 weeks minimum
plateau
add in npp at 50 - 75 mg eod for 8 to 12 weeks

cruise

If you don’t plan to go straight to trt afterwards then no that’s a bad idea if you wanna try to recover your natural test levels.

Secondly the reason most people suggest 10 to 16 weeks for cycle duration has much to do with diminishing returns after the 10th week. That magical period starting around week 4 starts to taper off around week 10 for me on longer cycles. The thinking has always been, why keep running your body into the ground if the results don’t warrant it so take what you got and come back in 3 months and start again.
