Got to get these dizzy spells when I lay down figured out. Blood pressure was checked last week and it was good. This has happened before off gear and lasted about a week to 10 days and cleared up on it's own.

Update stats

Well it's been 5 weeks test cyp 600mg per week and 4 weeks Anadrol dosed 50/75/100/100. Just dropped the drol for at least the next 4 weeks. 8 left on my blast and may add the anadrol back on for the last 4 weeks at 100mh per day for the full 4 weeks.

Strength and numbers continually getting better.
Weight up 17.6lbs
+2 " shoulders
+1/2" chest
- 1/2" waist yay
+3/4" quads
+1/2" calves
+1" arms almost yay

Thanks, I was and am still hesitant to post. I am no where near where alot of you guys are at. I just bust my ass everyday in the gym and on my nutrition knowing it will come but due to being a fat fuck for so long it wont be perfect.

Don’t look back in the rear view mirror. It doesn’t matter where you have been- only matters where you’re going! Keep it going! Your consistency is paying off!
 
Day off from gym

Gained the lb I lost last week back so sounds like it was water weight.

A bunch of shit going on at home last week and the only solice I had was gym time to take mind of it. Needed a little more solice time yesterday so took my kayak out for a couple hour paddle, felt good.

Start week 9 Creeping Death tomorrow.l and week 7 on blast.

Still undecided on finishing with the drol again at 100mg or saving it for next years blast kick start.

I mentioned in another thread got a white pimple at my injection site 1 hour after injecting left delt yesterday. It still there got some moderate pip but I know I wasn't steady. Hoping pimple is just that lol

Big difference man. Stay consistent it’s definitely paying off. Definitely adding density in your back. Don’t hesitate to post. Nobody is going to have any negativity. This is your journey and I’m sure you have a lot of silent followers that would benefit from seeing some first hand results of hard work !

Focus more on your progress pics from week to week and not so much the scale man. Your weight can easily fluctuate 5lbs up and down solely from water. If you want to see some more accuracy using the scale take an am and pm weight everyday for two weeks and log that to really see how your body can fluctuate and make small notes if your last meal/fluid intake the night before and I’m sure your tracking your cake to be able to line that up with your evening weight before bed.

Agreed, I use the mirror and measurements to determine my progress. I just like to track weight by the week as well.
