Well shit, you must be pretty good size with low bfi, after running all those programs.
Shit bro, I’m so mfing tired today.
In 45 mins, I’m about shot. But I got my own equipment so I superset and giant set everything. I can barely take a shower after some of my workouts. Man the rear delts been screaming since this week started.
I do chest tue, back wed, legs Thur, rest fri, chest sat, back sun, legs mon.
45 min workouts wed/Thur/sat 30 secs rest
1.5 hr Sun, Mon, Tue( my days off work)
Heavy with 2.5 to 3 mins rest.
I work 4 (10) hr days so I get a quicker lighter more intense workout on them nights.
The days I’m off work, i ramp up the weight between 3-6 rep range, and rest longer between sets.
I also use more carbs on my heavy days, and I use them right before and right after my workouts. I stick to more protein and fats the rest of the time. However on dbol I’ve added a banana in the Am with a glass of almond milk, and some Pepcid to counter the acid reflux.
So far, so good.

I work away from home 10 days and home for 4 days. So my schedule is set up around travel. Fly up to work Sunday, but, prep cooks, and portion all my food for the next 10 days. It is also Chest, Tri, Trap, calf. Monday is legs, Tues off, Wed back trap, calf, Thursday is shoulder and some extra chest to meet MAV, Friday is Bis and Tris, Saturday off, and repeat, except this Tuesday off day is a fly home day. But it all flows just at my home gym for my days off.

Work I work 10 hr days, have a big project starting in April I will be working 6 on 1 off 12 hr shifts. Wont ne getting home for 8 weeks so that will be a change i need to work out lol.

Bored at work waiting to leave and go to the gym. So doing some reading, and planning for my second cycle if I chose to do a second one this year, may cruise all year. I have about 12 weeks left test cyp for this cruise. Was thinking putting in order for more soon. Wanted to order enough to continue cruise and possible another blast.

Options I am thinking of.
1. Test Cyp 12-16 weeks 600 or 750 per week
2. Test Cyp 12-16 weeks and Dbol kicker keeping test at 500
3. Test Cyp 12-16 weeks and Adrol kicker keeping test at 500
4. Test Cyp and Deca 16 to 20 weeks.

Just thinking, reading and planning. I am probably leaning towards test only again it upping the dosage, who knows lol
I like option 3. But I’d personally have the test at 600 and probably cycle the anadrol 2 weeks on/off the whole cycle.

That is actually why I was asking too. I had a feeling that might have been the reason that you chose that. I know I got 2 bottles of tren, one from 2 dif suppliers. One is a lot darker. The lighter 1 is SiS. The darker one, from an off bran. I’m figuring it’s the dif oil in each. My gut tells me the lighter, the less pip I wonder if that is true? I have read a lil on the mixing of raws so I got a entry level idea of the process, but still much to learn and understand.

Being serious, I’m on day 10 of this dbol, and I’m really liking the cycle. Other than the acid reflux I had the first few days, which I bought Pepcid ASAP, and that was the end of that, it’s not only been a breeze, but it’s also been positively stimulating. Work has been much more enjoyable.
Pumps are great, lost just a slight bit of ab definition.
Way more fun than test alone!!!
And I’m only on 20 mg split between the day. One thing I’ve noticed that is beneficial, is to take a dose about 45 mins prior to working out. Put some music on that gets your blood pumping and go beast out. My forearms took a beating today, being back/biceps which I start off with deadlifts. So far I’ve put on about a pound a day, I bought $50 of boneless chicken breasts, and turned it into pulled chicken with no sugar 1 carb bbq sauce. And I’ve been eating the hell out of it

I wish I would of took my life a little more serious instead of waiting till sciatica bout put me in a wheel chair to get my diet right.

You know working out, and the fact that you need to refrain from alcohol and 95% of drugs, to use gear without killing yourself alone is a powerful tool.

That's good, I dont drink much anymore either a beer here and there and usually months apart. Definately none on cycle. Especially with orals, the liver takes a beating on them. Still not positive on an oral kicker next blast. I am liking @FourOneDeuxFitt suggestion of 2 on 2 off a bombs with 600 mg test. Also have to ask him some questions about the 2 on 2 off cycle, just not sure about the sides, definately need a serm with them I have read. Dbol an option too just not sure yet.

Are noticing any sides other than blurred abs?

Are you running a log? If not you should, I like running it for accountability and a record of my progress or lack there of when that happens. Not to mention get some good advice and pep talks.

No I don’t got a log. I’m too injured to push a numbers game. Im in it to stay off the operating table.
No sides that I’ve noticed yet, utter than the acid reflux.
