Cowboy's Switch the Darkside

Checked out the gym I bought my inhalant from yesterday and damn if only I lived there. 100% a powerlifting gym, everything you need, bands, chains, blocks, different bars, and not much in way of cardio or cable machines. Owned by two brothers who are national level powerlifters.
 
Halo is great for pre contest drugs. Never ran it when just doing day to day lifting. Always popped one of them and a cheque drop pre event. Murder on the liver but they work amazingly.

That gym you checked out sounds great as well. Wish we had one of those around my parts
 
Finally back at it today. Going to run Beyond 531 for 3 to 6 weeks to get back going.

My 45s are the same diameter as my 35s. They say 45 and I weighed one and it was 44.8 so close enough... guess all my deadlifts will be deficit deadlifts lol

I have a short day shift and a short night shift tonight.
Leaving work early so I can lift and grab a nap.

The group I work for is in Australia, and I work from home. They expect me to keep hours in my timezone but also accommodate their timezone as far as meetings go. That and they have no clue what they are doing. Knee jerk reactions to something messing up and having to start over doing something different, which puts us behind schedule. This in turn means I work 17hr days to try and keep the project on schedule plus two or three times the work re doing everything over and over. Just had one other contractor quit this week and if this keeps up I will be as well

Knee a little sore but nothing bad. Last set was supposed to be single but doubled it.. depth seems good.

Bench programming was supposed to be 145x5x5 decided to keep heading up x5 instead.
 
Quick update on my PT treatment.
I believe Shockwave therapy works. I have concentrated on arms for the most part and am almost pain free lifting, knock on wood. The knee I have not spent a bunch of time on so it is still sore. Going to spend some time with Shockwave on it over the coming weeks and see if it corrects that issue.
