Have my 10s and DB handles now.. love em. No 45s now though but should be here in a couple weeks.

PT appt today did Shockwave therapy...just did my knee and 1 arm and man what a difference. Do the Shockwave once a week both arms and hopefully issue fixed.
In regards to the dumbells did you order the extended Olympic sized set? Before all this pandemic shit went down I was sure looking at those. There was a company selling those CHEAP. Wish I would have snagged them.

Full Olympic set 20" took almost 12 weeks to get them

Did you get the Olympic DBs? How many 10s can they hold? I’m debating between the 1” and Olympic—the 1” can hold 140 / 160lbs I think

Yes the 20" Olympic 9nes not sure I didn't try to load them all on yet. The bar is 11lbs, looks like 4 a side would fit with spring collars.. i have hex collars so will limit me.
 
That shockwave hurts like hell. Im a fan of acupuncture (east and west styles) with some chiro over that shock wave. Just not sure how impact trauma like that actually helps. Keep us posted on how well it works

It does hurt lol... but so far I would say it works, he only did one arm and both arms hurt. The arm he did is much better feeling than the one he didnt do... we will see though
 
While I am healing and waiting on my 45s, I am going to work lighter and run a PPL program of sorts until then.

Hows the lighter loads treating you?
Nice to work a little bit of a high rep range on occasion.
But it's always even nicer to go back to the heavier lifts.

Thanks, the lighter weight and higher reps seem to be doing me some good. Get some work capacity added I believe and helping the tendon issues. Not sure if its the shockwave therapy, the change in programming, the mobility work, or a combination of some or all seems to be lessening the pain. When I do get pain it seems to be shorter lived than previous..

45s cant come soon enough. Counting weight with 25s, 35s, 10s and 5s is hard lol
