Went and bought a 14 cup rice cooker and a big bag of Jasmine rice. Never used one always been easier to make potatoes. Should be a nice treat having something different

I woke up at 4am because I heard noises in the kitchen.
She was cooking rice.
She said it was "Just in case"
What does that even mean?
 
So I went to my gy and mentioned the zercher squats. The owner said he had a harness for it no one ever used and gave it to me. I wouldn't attempt them holding weight in my arms but the harness was amazing!

We have several at my gym. They are good for front Squats. Pro tip: put a 9” resistance band around the two shoulder Rails in the back or it will open up on ya

I bought this Rhyno Power one a couple years ago. It's less than 1/3 the price of that one. Works great. Was able to get my front squat from low 300's to 405x1 last year since shoulder mobility was my limiting factor. I taped it to hold the foam backing on.

Gonna trust the process but the last 2 days have felt very easy

The first two days of each week will always be easy. Remember these recent studies are showing bar speed having a big impact on strength gains. Move the bar like you're trying to put it through the ceiling.

Speed work is definitely something I've ignored lol.

Various supportive gear

Not necessarily talking about speed work, but just keeping all your sets in general moving fast and stopping before your bar speed slows down much. I posted this article awhile back, but it's a good read if you didn't see it then.

the drol sides getting to be too much right now at 100. Going to skip today and drop to 50 tomorrow to finish of Smolov over the next couple weeks.
Severe headaches, nose bleeds, acid reflux, and generally feeling like shit. Typical sides for me but seemed to come on a tad quicker this time around. Checked BP last night at Pharmacy, first check 140/82 which is high and did a second one 130/78 which is ok.

140/82 isn’t good but I’m sure many of us have been worse. Do you normally have any BP issues

No I usually sit 120/72ish... just did class 1 medical was 130/74. Last drol run BP stayed good not sure why this run different considering last run was 600mg test plus 100 drol, this time 200mg test and 100 drol.

Feeling better today, skipping todays doses. See how I feel tomorrow may run 50 every day or just 50 pwo

In my simple mind this adds credibility to pulsing orals instead of searching for that “flattening of the curve” so to speak. Bad joke I know but think about it. Let’s talk “stable levels”. Stable levels are giving you the sides right? You won’t suffer a huge loss of “gains” if you only took it say three or four days a week.
