cramping after workout!!!!

fellow forum members need some advice. I seem to be getting worse with the cramps I am having after I workout, any suggestions? It always come about an hour after I finish and always from my right side rib cage area.

Some things that I have done over the last week that may be the cause.
1- ran out of celltech so the only Creatine intake I am getting is NaNO Vapor, which I did not take this for about two days over the last week as well.
2- I was looking at my workout program, and I have noticed a pretty large increase in the weight I am using, same reps. In one exercise I have increased over 20lbs for one rep.
3- Not sleeping very well at all, waking up around 0200 each morning because of pain in my lower back, this has been an ongoing issue for the last 10 yrs, but over the last week it has gotten worse. This pain has also worked it's way up my back and into the same area I am having my cramps.

Any suggestion will be great; I know the first response is go to medical, yea right I am in the military and our doc's suck!

Increase water intake as well as sodium. Drink a bit of pickle juice as thats the best form. See if that helps

Never thought of pickle juice, how about this, pickled eggs? I love pickled eggs, so it is like getting the best of both worlds right, no cramps, and protein, yes!

Thanks again, and I will let you know how that turns out, OH yea today guess what, no cramps go figure.

When i went threw fire academy I cramped very bad.

What helped me was 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar with a table spoon of honey in a glass of milk 3 times a day.

Also eat some bananas!

Pick up Calcimate Plus 800 from GNC. its a bit pricey but it has potassium in it and whenever I get cramps I pop 4 of them and I don't cramp anymore.

Correction. i have no idea why i said Milk. Thats fuckin disgusting, I ment water... haha I was drinking Milk when i typed that ::shrugs:: oh well

inosine is supposed to help eliminate cramping & muscle fatigue. This is a good idea..

Are you trying to raise your post count or something? The guy youre responding to hasnt logged on in 3 years.

As I just said the last time you mentioned this, wasn't paying attention, didnt realize. My bad for offending you, if I was trying to raise my post count would I really even bother typing anything meaningful? I could have just put like the number 3 or something

Quinine helps also it's found naturally in tonic water and will help prevent cramping however it's more of a band aid quick fix. as stated above it could be mineral deficiency lack of water and/or electrolytes
