so I'm just curious what's everyone's craziest weight fluctuation, whether from a cheat meal/day or a full on two day binge?
Just for context I used to weigh 295lbs, so I have the appetite and mindset of a morbidly obese child, so I know how to eat lol. Over the last 18 weeks I dieted down and got to about what looked like 8-10% bodyfat, with some pretty good abs, veins and I lost a total of 79 pounds over those 18 weeks. Well I've been reverse dieting holding out at about 219-222lbs for the last few weeks being happy with myself. Well I decided to try out a crazy two day binge for the fuck of it, and managed to pack on 21lbs and I'm 240 as of this morning in sure I'll be all cleaned up and back at 220 in about 3 days lol
So there's my story, I want to here some of y'alls! Lol
