Most of ug labs use MCT and high amount of bb and ba, pharma products generally contains low bb/ba and castor oil with double filter. You may have an allergic reaction to high amount of bb/ba or MCT.

So far ice Tylenol and ibuprofen. Other than that I don’t know. I did a 1ml test c 250 IM injection. Had a hot red spot about 6in long 4in wide that is sore and hot. Is slowly getting better but really freaked me out.

What kind of oil have you been using I have always used grape seed oil and currently switched to a lab that uses migyol840 and my ass looks like it has horns all over it from allergic reaction. Could be you need to switch to a different carrier oil

For me MCO oil with just basic BA/BB I tend to handle best. I had the craziest reaction/response to sesame oil gear … first six months on it was the smoothest gear I have ever used. Zero pip zero lumps or inflammation after. Absolutely perfect. Loved it so much I bought a two year supply of it. One day I went to shoot it and got the most horrific sides. Intense fever. Whole area swollen including nearby muscles … it was fuckin crazy. All from the same bottle I had been using without issue. Tried a few different vials a few different times but the response was same - so crazy toxic and felt like I was dying lol. No clue wtf happened but ya now have two years worth of the shit that I refuse to touch lol somehow went from my body *loving* it and smoothest thing I had ever used to my body straight up NOT wanting it anywhere near me

I think you are totally correct. The oil I get from the pharmacy is cotton seed oil I believe. Don’t have with me will check. But never had an issue with it. Now I’m using dragon pharma. Well I was. Not doing it again.

Oh thank god I’m not the only one. I thought I was doing something wrong. I will look and see if I can find a different source with different carrier oil. Although I have tried 3 different. So now I’m going to be very selective

Yea I think it's just what some other guys have said a here s bad reaction to mct or high ba bb, I've tryed ice heat massage I think that might just irritate it more just take ib profen, Mabe just try pre warming ur gear and injecting super slowly to help absorption possibly? Someone told me about a source here with grape seed oil but test only, I've been dealing with these bad reactions going on 2 years never a infection or anything that dident go away in 1 week, only real bad is probably the inflammation.

I've had similar reactions from almost every UGL I tried! That is why I had to resort to brewing myself, using organic carrier oils with minimal amounts of BA (0.9%) and no BB.
Of the 10+ UGLs I have tried, I will say Turkish Pharmacy GSO 200mg/mL test C had the least amount of PIP.

GSO, CSO, Peach Oil work best for me.
MCT is hit or miss and I agree with the solvent comments regarding MCT. What I have also heard is that the quality of the MCT oil can have an effect on the end user experiencing PIP or inflammation/irritation.
Now things like Mig840, EO and guaiacol always cause PIP and Inflammation for me. This is true for a lot of others as well.
Have you had any luck? I came here because of the same problem. I'm a total rookie and ordered 500mg test e per ml and didn't realize the higher the concentration the more likely pip is to occur lol my thighs stay swollen for like 4 to 5 days so i can't workout legs. Hopefully this goes away soon. My wife is a paramedic and nurse so im confident the injection isn't the issue.

I made the same mistake, my first i injection was 400mg/ml into my glute and I walked around with a limp for a couple days.
