I injected 0.6ml of Tracy's primo 200mg/ml in my right glute. Literal golf ball sized lump/knot that lasted for 7 days. You could see the muscle belly pop out. No redness or heat. Yes I had refiltered it, no it wasn't crashed. Yes I injected it slowly with a 25G 1" needle.

Not keen on running primo again and wondering why this compound is so hyped.

Depending on injection site I’ve had the knots last 7-14 days. Longer if you don’t ice it.
