Creatine on Test E Cycle

Got my pre-cycle bloods back yesterday and everything is where I want it to be. On TRT 100mg test C per week and won't get T results back for a few more days, but I average 700-800 TT and 130-150 FT in past blood draws.

Looking to keep things simple with a 12-week test E run at 500mg/week. Debating a dbol kickstart at the moment. I'm down to roughly 15% BF at the moment and want to keep gains as lean as possible, hence why I'm debating the dbol. Want to keep the bloat down as much as I can.

Which leads to my next question: Does anyone take creatine daily while on test-only or test dominant cycles? I've been taking 2-3 grams creatine mono daily for about 6 months. Thinking of bumping up to 10g daily for a few weeks leading up to the cycle, then 5g a day while on cycle. I know a lot of guys save the creatine for PCT, but I'll be going back to doc prescribed TRT when I'm done, so no PCT for me.

Got adex and nolva on hand but never needed it for TRT or my last test cycle. E2 is 26 right now. I'll get bloods done about 6 weeks in to see my levels and watching out for symptoms.

Supplements are ON Optimen, high dose krill/fish oil morning and night, ZMA, GABA (1.5g), creatine, and BCAA's.

I personally dont think there is a reason to ever not take creatine , unless you get blood work back showing elevated creatinine levels ? The whole thing about creatine making you bloat is a myth , I know a few guys I train with use it all precontest and into a show even and stay dry as hell. Im not sure if that was your concern or not , but creatine wont make you hold water sub-q , but will only drive more wAter into your muscle .

I take 5 grams of creating with my PWO drink. I am currently running 300 test prop and 350 NPP. Muscles are nice and full.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

I'm not really looking to bulk or cut with this cycle, I just want to add lean mass slow but steady. I figured the higher dose of creatine would help but I don't want to put on a shit ton of water weight, and I know I have to stay very hydrated on the 2-3 grams of creatine I'm taking now or I'll cramp up after workouts.

Creatinine came back at the top end of normal, but I did have a heavy workout the day before blood draw, which as I understand is normal?

Creatine is nice while on cycle.
The dbol... eh, it blots me really badly, more of a winter oral IMHO

Yeah, I'm debating that one pretty heavily. Since I'm already on a long ester TRT test dose, I don't know if I really need a kickstart. I've actually got a few extra bottles of Watson prescription test C laying around, I may just bump it up to 300/week while I wait for the E to come in.

Got a buddy who has a hookup on some good anavar. May go with that as a finisher instead.

And thanks for the feedback @LordSamuilo, that makes me feel better about stacking it. I haven't been taking it long enough, or read enough studies, to really know the effect it has on water in the body. I did think it would add sub-q water taken at higher doses, which is why I've stuck at 2-3g since I started taking it.

Yeah that is where mine came back around about on my last blood. But like you said a brutal workout will screw with results to some degree . Plus the more muscle mass you have the higher your creatinine will generally be so , you have to account for that too .

No brother you should be good , I think the biggest thing is dont buy cheap creatine if bloat is a concern , its not actually the creatine , but when a company buys cheap ass creatine for their product there is alot more potential for contamination . Namely , a shit load of excess sodium left over from the manufacturing process , which is probably the most likely culprit behind the creatine bloat myth ?

Some people don't respond to creatine so for them it's a waste. Also, creatinine has nothing to do with creatine so no issues in that regard.

10g daily of creatine is a waste. Muscles are saturated at 3-5g.

The creatine I've been taking is from Body Fortress, but it tastes like shit to me. I just ordered 300 2500mg caps from Optimum Nutrition. The reviews make it seem that their creatine is pretty pure. I've been impressed with their multi (Optimen) so I figured I'd give their creatine a shot.

Yeah I have actually heard there are creatine non responders , kinda weird I wonder why . Also , creatine can cause falsely high creatinine readings , but that wasn't what I meant , I meant more that if your creatinine is already high , and kidney function was already reduced adding creatine is probably not a good idea. Not that creatine would directly effect creatinine or kidney function in healthy kidneys.

I forget the exact number but creatine responders have levels over a certain amoun when taking it and non responders are below the amount.

I take it and by the middle of week two I'm ill and just a total mess mentally and physically, im talking brain fog and sluggishness of the highest degree.

I also take around 2/3 grams creatine daily.

When I bumped it to 10g/day, after 3 days I felt kidney tenderness and discomfort.
Not an accute pain, but almost like I could feel thinks passing through them and they were sore.

Dropped the dose back down and I was fine

Thanks for sharing your experience. Knowing now that there's no need to load it at 10 since I'm already on it, I'll just bump up my dose to 5g and stick with that through the cycle.
