Creatine on Test E Cycle

So there's no point in loading it, then taking a maintenance dose? Reviews are mixed on whether or not that is beneficial.
no need to take more than the 5g of creatine. monohydrate i believe is the one best absorb, and cheap too

Absolutely. The supplement industry is a massive scam.

The only supplements (outside of specialty supplements for specific conditions) that are worth a damn are water and good food, IMO.

I eat mostly chicken, turkey, and fish day in and day out. Every once in a while, I'll have a steak or good burger, but try to limit it.

The BCAA's probably aren't necessary because I drink plenty of protein shakes a day, but they just taste so damn good! The creatine was cheap and I've never actually ran it consistently before, so I figured I'd at least give it a go and see what happens.

Yeah I've been looking into it alot since this was posted , and id totally agree while your bulking there isn't much need to use supplemental creatine. You SHOULD get more than enough through your diet . On the other hand I think it has a legitimate use while cutting because you would have to eat approximately 3lbs of red meat or tuna, herring a day to approximate 5g of creatine , and that's if it is raw , cooking it raises that a bit more . So to get that much meat in during a cut isn't really practical for alot of people . And completely anecdotal but i just feel fuller and have better muscle endurance when I use creatine especially when cutting . Most creatine is going for 10-15$ so even if Isn't doing shit at least they aren't ripping me off like they do with their high dollar test boosters and other bullshit lol..

you are correct. im on a never ending bulking quest so i never really look at things through a cutting perspective.

Lol hey ive been there I bulked for like a year straight before I finally did a legitimate cut . Its hard giving up being huge and strong as fuck !
 
I'm off my anadrol as of this Friday. It's going to be interesting to see what the tren has done so far underneath the water weight ;)
How'd you feel running the tren and drol together , the strength gains where probably crazy ! Youll definitely see a change in your physique off that .. thats a nice cycle im gonna do something similar eventually I have some tren and drol already just need to get my hands on some good some sdrol now .

Fantastic man. I'm strong like bull. I'm definitely going to run the two together again. PRs all over the place. My deadlift is getting pretty awesome.

Funny that you mention superdrol -- I'm ending my cycle with three weeks of sdrol and test prop ;)

You'll love it. Sdrol is by far the best all-around oral out there. It's a shame that it's so horribly toxic.

The stuff is pure magic, though.
