Creatine on Test E Cycle

Creatinine came back at the top end of normal, but I did have a heavy workout the day before blood draw, which as I understand is normal?

Yeah, I'm debating that one pretty heavily. Since I'm already on a long ester TRT test dose, I don't know if I really need a kickstart. I've actually got a few extra bottles of Watson prescription test C laying around, I may just bump it up to 300/week while I wait for the E to come in.

Got a buddy who has a hookup on some good anavar. May go with that as a finisher instead.
Creatinine levels will always be higher if you're using creatine, creatine can cause a false positive creatinine level, and if your doc is on top of it, he/she won't be concerned.

A good doc would put you off the creatine and retest for creatinine once creatine has cleared your system.
Not be happy with high creatinine just because you told him you are on creatine.

You realize how un-scientificaly logical your contribution was by the way?

I'm honestly not too concerned with the creatinine levels. They're normally in range and I did do a very intense workout the day before the test and was a little dehydrated when I gave the blood. My BUN levels came back in the middle range of normal, so my kidneys seem to be working fine.

Also, my endo is not the best at staying on top of anything - hoping to have a new one in the next few months - so I highly doubt he'll even notice that it was in the upper range.

I'll be getting bloods done again halfway through the cycle and will consider dropping the creatine if levels stay the same or rise. I'll also have bloods done again post-cycle to see where things land.

Actually, we established on 2 occasions since 2013 that in fact it was a false positive on both occasions by retesting while "off-cycle" creatine use. And never had a problem with levels while on-cycle with AAS. Creatinine levels both times went back to normal. I still stand by it, as do 3 docs who have seen me the past 5 years.

This is absolutely not true, and is analogous to saying if you eat foods high in creatine such as chicken, fish or steak creatnine levels will rise ---- NOT !

Creatine may raise creatnine levels during the loading interval, such as 20gms of C-mono, but is very unlikely to become problematic in those with normal renal function, unless the loading dose morphs into a DAILY dose!

Much of this is based upon ones ability to convert creatine into creatinine since the latter is quite easily differentiated from the former using contemporary testing.

So follow the manufactures dosing instructions.

It would be behoove those with ailments that effect renal function, such as DM and HTN, to have baseline BUN/Creatnine level drawn IMO.

SIX unsubtianted PED ancillaries, you obviously have more money to burn than the majority of Meso members, but supplement manufacturers are loving it.

I'll admit, I'm a sucker for a placebo effect! But, I'll also admit, my lipid profile has gotten much better since I started the omegas. LDL is back in range (was slightly elevated) and HDL is slowly climbing.

I'm also an insomniac post-thyroidectomy, so the GABA and ZMA were an attempt to self-medicate without the prescribed Ambien and Seroquel my endo has been trying to feed me. Can't say with certainty how well they're working, but I am sure having some vivid and weird dreams when I am able to sleep!

Hard to tell if the supplements have made the difference or my diet/lifestyle changes. I'm assuming probably the latter, maybe both.

To be honest Doc, in the past I used to take more Cr than recommended during maintenance, simply because I always got better results with more. Then again, I'm finally at the tail end of a 3 yr. episode of heavy metal poisoning from a busted well. Hasn't been fun. Arsonic, cadmium, lead, and a massive amt. of aluminum.

Oh yeah injecting AAS but skipping the multi and the fish oil...?
That's a very substantiated reasoning

You don't have to admit anything.
Stop sucking his cock just because he has "doc" in his name

I'll admit what I damn-well please, and I respect his opinions on this board even if I don't always agree with them. If someone with "going" or "stronger" said the same thing, the exact same way, my answer wouldn't have fucking changed. So you can fuck off with this cock riding bullshit...

This response deserves to be quoted for posterity! Well fucking said man, well said.

Some more cock-sucking.
Let me offer to buy moisturizer for your lips at least

As a quick aside, I just had my first experience with insulin pins and, holy shit, I think I'm gonna have to buy more of those.

Upping my TRT dose while I wait for my gear to roll in, did 1cc/200mg Pfizer test cyp in my delt and didn't even feel it. I've been using 25g for TRT since I started and never minded them unless I hit a nerve, but this was literally painless.

Only have a few 1/2" pins left, so I figure I'll use them for delts and outer quads. Still probably use the 25g for glutes just to be on the safe side.

Anyway, just thought I'd share for anyone who's on the fence about them.

I personally dont think there is a reason to ever not take creatine , unless you get blood work back showing elevated creatinine levels ? The whole thing about creatine making you bloat is a myth , I know a few guys I train with use it all precontest and into a show even and stay dry as hell. Im not sure if that was your concern or not , but creatine wont make you hold water sub-q , but will only drive more wAter into your muscle .
creatine can be easily obtained through the consumption of red meat. eat enough red meat and youll get all the creatine and bcaas youll ever need
