she is getting ready to do a cycle of anavar. Her diet and training are in place.
she is 5'5- 120lbs and wants to add some muscle mainly to her legs and glutes.
She wants to keep things as simple as possible.
Would creatine provide a significant benefit to her?
Can she reach her goals without it?
She is doing low carbs-how would she get good delivery and would that mess up the low carb aspect of her diet?
Can anyone recommend a good creatine cycle and delivery system?
