CRIPPLING LOWER BACK PAIN

Actually my hydration hasn't been on point lately... I'll give it a try. Thanks for your advice man. Deadlifting are being a no-no lately and I'm missing them... Thanks!
Right on Bro,If it actually is back pump which it sounds like you can also supplement taurine make sure to get powder not capsules's from gnc they won't be enough to make a difference.
Also make sure your spacing heavy compound movements out like squat one day and give your self a few days in between before deadlifting heavy that can also be hard on the nervous system.
That's my 2 cents when it comes to back pump's lol!

As said above, foam rolling is tremendous. It hurts, especially at first but I hit my legs and lower back almost every evening. It feels like I took years of wear and tear off my body.
Also, tight hamstrings and weak abs (relative to lower back strength) can often cause lower back issues.
