Right on Bro,If it actually is back pump which it sounds like you can also supplement taurine make sure to get powder not capsules's from gnc they won't be enough to make a difference.Actually my hydration hasn't been on point lately... Also make sure your spacing heavy compound movements out like squat one day and give your self a few days in between before deadlifting heavy that can also be hard on the nervous system.
That's my 2 cents when it comes to back pump's lol!
