Criticize my PEDs, training and diet

Exactly, I am hitting biceps twice a week and hitting triceps twice a week. What the fuck is wrong with that? I added an inch and a half to my arms this cycle from it, of which all has stayed so far.

hitting triceps while you hit chest and then hitting biceps while you hit the back next day are not the same fucking thing. Hitting biceps the day after back is called a feeder set, but you clearly don’t know what the fuck any of this is. Then it’s an entire 5 days before I hit that muscle group again. That’s enough rest.

you clearly don’t know shit about certain methods so just shut the fuck up already. I’m not posting pics of my sick physique for you to go beat off to faggot so stop trying, just go to meat spin dot com or something to get your fix you fuckin homo.

This is an anonymous fucking steroid board, most people won’t post pics you fuckin nob.

why do I need to take a rest day to hit back after chest day?? Lol you clearly don’t fucking know shit. I am hitting biceps as a secondary when I do back, not triceps you fucking nerd.
I’m sure you’re 260 at 10%. You had a whole group of ifbb pros and coaches put that together for you. They put their heads together to create the perfect routine that added half an inch on your arms . Bro the routine that you put together out of your ass sucks just like your random ass diet.

Lol I’m like 230 at 12% so your kinda close lol

you clearly don’t get the idea of hitting biceps twice a week with one being feeder sets and triceps twice a week with one being feeder sets

again, hitting a muscle group twice a week is not uncommon. Biceps and triceps are not the same muscle. I am not hitting them 3 times a week so stop saying arms 3 times, it’s irrelevent

your fucking irrelevent and this thread is fucking irrelevent, I’ve literally been done this cycle for like 3 weeks now so your too late to give advice on something you know nothing about, sorry pal

I’m sure those stats are real. It’s very common on the internet. I understand higher frequency what you don’t understand is intelligent programming. You had the best and brightest, a TEAM of ifbb pros and coaches put their heads together to come up with this half assed thrown together amazing routine that put .5” on your arms.... in 3 weeks. Your programming sucks as well as exercise selection.

Wow thats a lot of gear for someone whose 210 lbs but to each his own.
Your training schedule also sucks imo.
Why dedicate a day to arms is beyond me. You're working your arms when you do chest, shoulders and back. Find a way to incorporate those into your compound days.

Mine is:
Day 1: Back
Day 2: Chest and arms.
Day 3: Rest or legs depending if I recover from deadlifts from back day.
5: shoulders and arms and any weak spots, usually calf work.
6 rest.
I'm not sure how people can do ppl especially doing deadlifts then squats the next day. Fuck that, been there, done that. My best strength gains have come when spacing them out as far away as possible.

but when HE does chest or back he doesn’t use his arms and his routine added half an inch on his arms and was designed by IFBB pros and coaches.

Haha there are ways to minimize the arms but you're gonna use them no matter what. I'm not against training arms individually but I wouldn't waste a gym session on soley arms when you can incorporate them on smaller bodypart days like chest and shoulders.

Oh and yes the chest is a small body part compared to legs and back.

For a 4day split I like:
Chest/Bis
Day off
Legs quad focus
Shoulders/triceps
Day off
Back/hamstrings
Day off repeat.
I like this routine as well. I know we don't like taking days off, but thats when the muscles grow aas or not.
Space your back and leg days as far away as possible.

You clearly don’t fucking get it

I do use arms during back and chest. That is why I hit them with feeder sets after. It wasn’t a “team” of IFBB pros. It was a couple of friends who happen to be IFBB pros who I got input and advice from.

you are really stretching everything out to try and make a moot fucking point on a subject that is over and you know nothing about

it’s called fucking feeder workouts and it’s set up that way on purpose

Google that shit you fuckin wannabe

I don’t hit triceps while I hit back
I don’t hit biceps while I hit chest

The entire point you are making is based off of that premise. Grow a god damn brain. Arms were my lagging body part, so I hit each arm muscle twice a week. That’s not fucking uncommon at all. Back and leg day were spaced apart with leg days since those are the 2 biggest muscle groups that use the most exertion and the most recovery.

Everything was planned perfectly. The training was great. I’ll probably even do that same thing again in the future.

you simply just do not get it, and that’s fine. Stick to yours.

Me personally I'd add in another upper back exercise and a hamstring exercise. Something like chest supported rows for the upper back. And rdls for the hammys. You could even be fancy and do snatch grip rdls to hit them all at once. Lol. Seems most people are underdeveloped in those areas, especially hamstrings/glutes.
Weighted back raises would be another good option. If you do them with a barbell and a super wide grip, they’re pretty fantastic for both traps/upper back and the whole posterior chain.
