I'm 5'10, 185lbs. 14% BF. I'm currently in the 1st week of my cycle:

500mg/week Test E 12 weeks
400mg/week EQ 12 weeks
25mg/day dbol first 4 weeks
40mg/day anavar last 4 weeks.
Arimidex as needed throughout
I'm looking at this as a lean bulker. Would like to be 195lbs (or more) w/ 10% BF by the end of the cycle. I have proper PCT in order.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN/SHOULD EXPECT!

Breakfast - 10am:
2 whole eggs + 1/2 cup egg whites scrambled + cup of oatmeal OR
The eggs + bowl of Whole Grain Total w/ skim milk OR
MuscleMilk protein shake (32g) + oatmeal OR Total

Lunch - 1pm:
EXAMPLES.... 2 Chicken breast w/ italian seasoning, chopped zucchini & squash
2 90% lean beef burger w/ Stubbs BBQ sauce (1 tbsp) + 1/2 cup whole grain rice
Beef strips over mixed greens w/ drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Chicken Marsala (lightly breaded w/ about 1/4 cup Marsala wine)
Lean beef chili w/ bell peppers, tomato paste, low sodium chili mix (and I only use about 3/4 of the bag)

Snack - 4pm
MuscleMilk protein shake OR if I had the MM shake in the morning then I go with a low carb protein shake like Optimum Whey; 2 scoops

Pre workout - 6-7pm:
Optimum protein shake and NO Explode about an hour later

Post workout/dinner - 9-10pm
MuscleMilk shake and then a protein source left over from lunch. No carbs except from the shake.

Most nights I'll have the Optimum low carb protein shake right before I go to bed... about 12-1am.

-The exact protein shakes I'm using are linked, I mix my shakes w/ half skim milk, half water
-I also take a GNC Megamen multi, Omega-3, B6, TriFlex for my joints, and L-Arganine before, during and after my workout.
-I drink....I gotta say....3L of water a day

I've already started the cycle... so I'm looking for ANY input on my diet while on this cycle to help achieve MAXIMUM results. All suggestions are welcome, questions, additions, subtractions, substitutions.

THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE THIS BOARD IS THE BEST!

Drinking too much of your protein in shakes...Try not to look at meals in terms of break, lunch, and dinner with snacks...each meal is just as important as the others. Keep all nutrients equal per meal.
