Crohns and steriods

Thanks for the tag @Devil3 :)
I haven't dealt with anyone with Crohn's recently but going back a few years, which sounds similar to the situation here, my good friend has been dealing with it for years and the only thing that helped was a very carefully planned out diet. And then later when she was starting to loose too much weight too quickly, seemed like she was starting to look the skinny fat with very little muscle, we ended up trying a small dose of gh and deca along with a super cleaned up diet and training set up after several months once she got into routine, she noticed she was feeling better and stronger. Another thing that we were loading her up is with BCAA's in her water as well as other vitamins and minerals. Another important part were good bacteria and probiotics. This was us self medicating so I don't know if it was right but it worked for her. So this could be something to think about.

My recommendation based on what @BadKitty has listed and her goals, I would focus on her nutrition first. Crohns is obviously terrible and linked with causing problems and malnutrition where your body isn't able to absorb anything properly (or at least my understanding of it, if I remember correctly)

If you are off meds and are doing a naturopathic approach with your life and diet, you should start cleaning your system and getting the maximum nutrition. Verify your food choices to ensure they aren't causing more problems. Even trying a different style of diet. You also need to stay hydrated.

As for incorporating AAS, var to be more specific, I don't think you're ready for it yet. Besides, and I said this a million times, these are NOT FAT/WEIGHT LOSS tools. They are meant to gain and retain muscle which means if you aren't at your desired weight, you will only get thicker. I don't think this is the answer here. Not yet at least.

I appreciate your response...I'm on a very strict diet right now. I drink BCAAs like crazy. I'm on a great brand of vitamins and supplements. I'm making my own Kombucha tea at home and drinking it daily. I feel all of this is why I'm in remission and feeling so much better. I'm definitely gonna take everyone's advice and hold off on doing anything till further down the road when my strength is built up.

Sounds like a good plan and I'm sure you will come out stronger and better with that approach... then later on, once everything else is in place then maybe play with a super low dose of "something" (TBD) lol

All the best and keep us posted!

I really do appreciate you helping my fiance out, that is very sweet. I know what I need to do to achieve where I want to be, but I'm clueless on the female side. Hopefully you two can work together and get her on some sort of plan. She is very knowledgeable about working out, at her prime she was crazy fit.

Thanks baby I'm sure I'll get back to that again.

I have crohn's and have had it for roughly 27 years. I've done a few cycles and have not had any problems. I actually feel a lot better when on cycle. I have had two surgeries and I take remicaid every 8 weeks. I have used dbol, test, anavar, and tren. No stomach pains on Orals or anything. I would like to think anavar would be ok for you when the time is right. With all of this being said, I have only cycled when I already feel good and have had ZERO symptoms for over a year.
Also, dairy is an inflammation food. Also gluten. I can tolerate most foods now but I know those two bother a lot of crohn's patients. Also check into the supplement VS3. It's a probiotic that has helped a lot of people. Hopefully some of this info is useful to you. I know it's not any fun dealing with flare ups and stomach pain. Best of luck.

Thanks so much. I'm actually on a dairy free, gluten free, sugar free diet right now. Detoxing my body. I feel amazing actually. I'm off all prescription medications and I'm taking only all natural stuff from now on. I'm gonna go a head and hold off on the Anavar just for a while like every one has said. I appreciate all the help and advice.
