Crooked abs

Anyone else have this problem? And has anyone been able to correct it? I heard it's genetic but also that it's from training abnormalities that lead to different growths in the individual abdominals.

I have yet to see one person change the way their abs are aligned from training. A good example is to look at bodybuilders back in the day compared to their prime. Their waists got a lot bigger, but the overall shape looked the same.

You'll never change your muscular positioning through training. It's 100% genetics that control how you are, kinda the same as having a short or long bicep you don't get to choose how your muscles attach to a skeletal position

Damn. I was so hoping someone had been able to do it. If you have abs you have abs. I just kinda hoped I could make them straighter. Damn OCD.

I mean I want to compete at some point. Not to that scale. But I don't plan on high doses ever. And even then maybe 1.5 at most. I have other things to focus on like family and children that are more important than bodybuilding. Just some local/ regional shows. But it's more in my head I see it. No one has commented on them before, just "oh nice abs". But I know. And I see them everyday lol
