All gyms where I live are going to be closed until april. And probably will be extended.

Should I just cruise until this thing passes?

Been blasting since October 450mg test and just hit all time PRs this week. Not sure how to proceed.
 
That was a lil harsh I apologize...
I pinned 3cc in each glute this am headed to the asian market for supplies, then off to Bass Pro. Maybe its the 50lb bags of rice stacked in the floorboard and doors of this lifted Alumiduty, or the 5.56 boxes rattling around, or bumping Thug Motivation 101 cruising 90mph but I gotta say it's making my god damn dick hard.

Might be time to cruise and look into body weight work outs.
Maybe also dive a little deeper into cardio

Improvise. Find heavy shit, pick it up and put it down. @Gbro has tons of leads on fat women.

I'm going to start preparing a garage gym. Been wanting to for awhile. Now seems like a good time.

don’t underestimate calisthenics, a pull up bar and resistance bands. There’s always ways to get big without the gym. Just need the will to workout at home

Agree. But there's no pussy to look at like there can be at the gym. And no one wants to shoot Test, Tren, etc. and do jumping jacks, air squats and pushups. Its probably valid alternative for some to switch to cruise if shit hits the fan.

You might laugh at a body weight workout but just think...

Army Rangers nor Seals touch weights while they go through their training and yet ... they would hand you your ass on a platter.

Most people I know that hit the gym on the regular can't complete a set of 100 push ups, sit ups, body squats, leg lifts or any of the other exercises for that matter. Not everyone is in this game to just be an oversized oaf who gasses themselves when asked to do the most basic of exercises.

@OP I got swole on sandbags, and in harder times jugs filled with water duct taped or tied together. Get you buddy put him on your shoulders and squat whatever. Take some cues from strongman competitors, when I was in Iceland we trained outside. Farmers walks with railroad ties and Ibeams, flip tires, weld 50g drums together on bars, fill kegs with sand or gravel and toss em. Deadlift your Harley.. don't have a HD??

true but he’s only taking test right now. Just throw on pornhub and get your swoll on. As boring as band work is to me it still can get you pretty jacked. The only thing is finding a substitute for deadlifts and squats. You can do them with bands but obviously your not deadlifting or squatting 500lbs with only a rubber band. Home Depot can help with that though. 5 gallon drums, sand, a metal bar and your g2g. Just get creative. I refuse to let the Chinese fuck up my cycle.
