Cruising Dose

What dose does everyone TRT or Cruise on? And what dose have you found to help keep as much muscle as can be?

We all know the dangers and health effects of doing so more then 100 mg a week, which is healthier, obviously. Disregard health reasons.


I am thinking 200 mg 2x a week, then blast again.
 
Really depends on your size and lean muscle mass that you have to hold onto.

I kind of like cruising on 250 test, 200 mast. It's a feel good cruise, and my lipids reset within 8 weeks (probably sooner than 8 weeks, but i usually do 8 week cruises just for safe measure)
 
I cruise on 200mg test c split twice a week, I get bloods every 6 months and as long as those keep coming back fine Ill keep running this, I know it pushes me to around 1200-1400 test. 9 day trough I get 868 test.

If we are disregarding health reasons, why even cruise?

If you want to play with cruises instead of TRT, just go by bloodwork.

We have some big members here that hold their mass just fine on 250mg or less test only cruises. Add a little HGH and losing muscle for a 8 to 12 week test only cruise really shouldnt be happening unless diet and training are off.

I like 250 test and 250mg EQ for *cruise* but I get labs at the end and if things are skewed... i drop to 150mg test only for another 6 to 8 weeks, as punishment lol. I also lean out on these cruises (calorie deficit). On true TRT I will not eat in a calorie deficit.

Atleast once a year I am on true 150mg trt for 8 weeks or more. Listen to your body, get labs. I spend more on support supplements and labwork then I do AAS, and i use higher doses of AAS so that should be telling.
 
Forgot to add.. last 6 months Ive also been cruising (and bulking) on a continuous 5iu HGH ED along side the 200mg test c weekly.

I do not understand the question either, what’s the point of cruising then if you disregard getting your blood markers back to normal or even just to lower it down a notch.

Seems like you just want confirmation from other members who are in the same boat. People have different circumstances here so I am not judging in anyway or form, but when you say disregard heath then you’re gonna have others suggest you cruise on 750mg test and 150 tren lol.

I’m tiny and follow my docs recommendations plus my hematology numbers rises quickly even at a small dose of 60mg a week, I don’t feel as full but libido is normal at least so Im ok with it.
 
There is absolutely no reason you have to have total test outside physiological range for a cruise. If you’re losing substantial muscle over a cruise I will bet money it’s because your diet and training suck.

You will have better blasts and health if you learn to actually cruise.
 
I'm guilty of cruising on 200mg, over all I feel best on that engery sex drive recovery ect.

After a few years of playing with stuff my bloods are bairly starting to be affected negatively. And that's only lipids a bit. Slightly " low hdl". As of now knocking on wood!
 
For me it's 250mg Testosterone C. Nothing really beats it. I always come back to it. Less just doesn't feel right. More is leaning in to blast territory and over time gives sides and/or blood work issues. It's all about finding the balance (risk to benefits ratio).
 
my old trt program of 200 mg test c weekly put my tt at 1107, but i've been on 300 mg test c weekly for the last 8 weeks and i take my bloodwork today to see where my marks are so i will upload results as soon as i get them. I am considering adding a very low dose of deca just for joint relief, that is if my bloodwork checks out "any suggestions on a very low dose of deca mg wise" to add ?

Hey man, I gonna drift away a bit, but I have to ask you. How is your weight loss journey going on? You have to be prepared when you consider adding such stuff like deca. Be careful. I suggest max out what you can and achieve your goals first. 300mg is more than plenty for that now.
 
My weight loss is going good i just wanted to add deca for the joint relief i heard it helps with that im about 14% bf and just need some joint relief really
 
My cruise went from 350mg Test E after my first cycle to 260mg, 200mg and now only 130mg, which is TRT for me.

I used to treat cruising as a phase to continue growing, but I‘ve realized that recovery is more important. It seems absurd to me that some people use almost half a gram of gear with multiple compounds during their "cruise".
 
My TRT is 15mg/day which leaves me at a level for 800 on blood tests. I jack it up to 20mg/day which puts me over 1500.
