I’ll just stop you there and say that heightened Testosterone levels reduce collagen synthesis. And there are many studies that prove it. So if you’ve nothing worth contributing, I would ask that you say nothing please.

150mg NPP don’t have any positive effect on my joints. I have 2-3 weeks I switched to 200 deca and I’m waiting to peak and see if that’s going to help.
EQ builds collagen more than any other drug including anavar. Nandrolone doesn’t help joints directly via collagen synthesis, I think it’s by increasing synovial fluid retention that makes joints feel more “lubricated”.

because there probably never was an issue to begin with.
but that dosent make joints feel more lubricated, they're more lubricated which makes up for bad warm ups no? just a fake sense of relief until you find out

Neh, the common belief that "deca only mask pain" is at least partially wrong. Deca acts more like a cushion THAT masks the pain, meaning it mitigates the damage on the articulation AND mask the pain Thing is : it does the latter way more efficiently than the first.
And I do find that there is a ceilling to this effect (I totally could be wrong here) that is around 200 mg/week. After that, its just a more potent testosterone that does play with the progesterone receptor and does reduce to shitty DHN, plus all the mental fuckery. I personnally dont see any points running deca or NPP at more than 200 mg/week. But hey, maybe you have a weird relationship with nandrolone, or you simply love your hair more than you love your heart and brain.

yes im using deca myself at around 100-200mg a week where my testosterone really is.
the problem is it masks pain so well compared to its protecting effects you can go harder than your joints can handle.
thats the thing im really critizing. it probably isnt a good idea to be on indefiently on trt+ or cruise and then blast. just to be able to gauge where your joints really are.

Oh, believe me there's a lot of stuff going on with my joints. Hip, knees, shoulders, I'm messed up and BPC/TB can't do much not even with tendons.
I've heard that too and i don't know if it's true or not, this is a common issue with nsaids where people take them to mask pain but perhaps with deca it's different and actually prevent the joints from going worse.

My hair went in my 20’s, and my sex life doesn’t exist. I ran deca before at 100mg E3.5D and I got very ‘numb’ and very zombie like. I was very distant from everything and everyone. The benefits were welcome but the mental aspect not so much.
I’m going to start with 50mg once a week and if the benefits I want are noticeable then that’s where I’ll stay.

if you look at the video scott stevenson did, and he extrapolated some info from a study about the diminishing returns of different steroids, into some loose guesses, nandrolone seemed to be pretty effective at low doses. more than other steroids
i really dont reccomend deca because more and morepeople are realizing they experience mentalsidesfrom it.
id love to run it myself along side some tren but i definately get mood sides at high doses and obviously it effects the brain the same way at lower doses, just to a lesser extent, and i dont think anyone needs that for some percieved joint relief

The mental side effects I got from Tren both ruined AND brought to light that my paranoia was actually justified.
I became fully convinced my wife was gay. I was convinced if it on the Tren. I realised I was going mad and came off it. And a few months later it came to light that she in fact is gay. So the Tren paranoia made me believe it and it was actually true. Kinda fucked up. But no more Tren for me, ever again. That was at 75mg (similar of parabolan dosage) a week.results were beyond comprehension however, it literally feel like noticeable daily gains.

Consider that the ester weight for deca is like 35-40% or something like that, so 50mg would yield a very small amount of nandrolone. Ester weight usually isn't mentioned or taken into account on larger doses but when micro dosing I'd take it into consideration.
