Crystal DNP Log

So I purchased what I hope to be Crystal DNP as indicated in this thread here

Having been unable to locate an accurate melting point for Crystal (As opposed to powder) I have decided to cap it and try it myself to determine if it is indeed DNP.

I'll be doing a quick log to see if I get the side effects associated with DNP. I am not expecting a substantial amount of fat loss as I am not relevantly lean, so I will be looking for the increase in sweating, labored breathing, etc.
I have ran DNP several times in the past so I should be able to determine if this DNP fairly quickly.

Day 1 (Today) 250mg AM / 250mg PM

Weights /20 Mins Hiit Cardio

Weight: ? Did not weight myself this morning as last night I have a substantial cheat meal that would have thrown my morning weight off.

-no discernible side effects. any sweating can be attributed to the summer weather at this point.
 
Day 2:
Morning weight: 186lbs
250mg AM, 250MG PM
Gym: Legs & 40 LISS Cardio
Starting to feel the heat. I was sweating a substantial amount at the gym. I had initially assumed it was just due to working a large musclgroup.
When home at 4pm I would sweat when not sitting in front of a fan. at 5pm went to a store with A/C and was sweating through my shirt.
Looks like things are working out thus far.
 
Day 3:
Morning weight: 184lbs
250mg AM, 250MG PM
Gym: 20 mins HIIT, Calves
It's getting hot over here! Couldn't sleep in my bed last night. had to sleep on the floor by the balcony with a fan on me.

Did a licensing exam for work today. its so strict you not even allowed to bring water in the room. that was 3 hours of hell. they were watching me like a hawk and kept walking by I'm sure they thought i was cheating or something as i was sweating bullets.
 
quick update while at work.

my good god carb cravings are comming in strong. you know its bad when you have the girl on weightwatchers telling you to resist going out and buying chocolate Haha.

normally i run 250mg pre bed so i dont get many sides. i wanted to up it to 500mg am/pm to be sure about the quality.

...must stick to diet plan
 
Day 4:
Morning weight: 183.2lbs
250mg AM, 250MG PM
Gym: Back - 40 mins LISS
Success! I made it through the day without stuffing my face full of chocolate bars!
Sweaty as a all get-out at this point i am not even trying to sleep in bed. just on the floor with a fan. also am going through about 2 shirts a night and have a towel to keep drying my head off when i take up.

I think it is fairly certain that what i have is GTG so I think ill run it for a couple more days and then call it quits. If i keep this weight loss up my coach is going to wonder what the hell is going on and start increasing my calls and decreasing my cardio.

Cant wait to feel dry again..
 
Day 5:
Morning weight: 182.5lbs
250mg AM - Dropped to 1 pill/day as the sides are getting to be a bit much.
Gym: Delts, Tri, Abs - 20 mins HIIT

Daily Cals have been set at 2,190 over 6 meals / day. Protein 48%/Carbs 35%/Fats 17%
 
Day 6:
Morning weight: 181.2lbs
250mg AM - Dropped to 1 pill/day as the sides are getting to be a bit much.
Gym: Chest & Bi - 40 mins LISS

Still very warm, but its getting a bit more reasonable. Today will be my last day on DNP. over the next couple days it will slowly get out of my system. I will update this log for a few more days.

So this will be a short lived log, but its purpose was really for me to determine if what i have is DNP. and im glad to say that it has all worked out. the sides are there and the drop in weight is evident. So im happy. I'm holding a little bit of water which should drop in a few days.
 
Day 7:
Morning weight: 180.0lbs
No DNP
Still feeling the warmth, but its on the decrease.
Lethargy has kicked in. either that or just tiredness due to lower cals then normal and a long week of work. either way, I had take advantage of a workout partner in the gym. normally i train alone, but I didn't have the energy to push myself today.

Energy should be back up soon with the DNP getting out of my system, and its also my cheat meet tomorrow! woot!
 
Delayed update

Day 8:
Morning weight: 179.5lbs
No DNP
DNP Is still in my system. estimate it to be completely out by tomorrow.
This is the end of this DNP Log. I'm happy to know what i have it legit.

I may do another log in the future if i'm looking to drop substantial weight. at this point, I would like to drop a little bit more (slowly with Clen/Diet/Cardio) and then start bulking up. More likely, i will start a log to document any progress gaining size/strength in the near future.
