Customs wants original invoice

It’s not seized it’s just delayed in customs due to paperwork apparnelty. Would they even do anything if they did open it for 5 pens? They oeoend my last shipement of 5 pens I still got it.

Bro is this serious.. your taking a risk of getting felony traffic charges over $500.. if customs sends anything and.its an illegal substance.. cut rope and let it be.. any.correspondance may be a an admittance of guilt

Most of us cannot answer this as we have no real knowledge of Canadian customs or law enforcement activities or how they might respond to you sending the invoice.

GH (like steroids) isn’t illegal to possess in Canada, but importing it without a valid medical reason is.

Would LE bother to come after him for 5 GH pens? Probably not because that would be a tough go to make an intent to traffic charge stick. Chances are they’d just be “destroyed” but you never know.

Hard to say, really.

I doubt that LE would go through the trouble because any lawyer worth their bar license would get an intent to traffic charge dropped very quickly. 5 GH pens is quite reasonably within the realm of personal use.

That said, I’d have never sent them a revised invoice. Between the possibility of legal trouble and paying duty on the full price of GH pens, it’s just not worth it. The kid has balls, I’ll give him that.

Canada customs is holding my package asking for an original invoice as they don’t believe the value is $10. I am asking the source to make me an invoice for $120 but could this just be a trap to admit fault or have they actually not opened my package and seized it.
should I send FedEx broker an invoice or write this one off as a loss?

A little late but i share my story maybe someone finds it useful

Had a Package coming from Pharmacom Int Warehouse a few years ago with 700+700 Promo. It was stoped at Customs (Austria) and I got a letter to send in my Bill+Pay Confirmation. Since ignoring is a no go in my Country i contacted Pharmacom and they had been kind enough to send me a blank Invoice from another Company (no idea if fake or not).
I filled it out with some "massage oil" stuff and a screenshot of my BTC wallet. (as suspicious as it gets lol)
About a week later I got a message I can pick it up at my Post Office if I pay Taxes on it (20% 140€)
Payed it got it. Package was not opened.

But since I had to send in Order+Payment a few times already for other stuff (Hobbyking was notorius for putting on a 1000€ package "10€" value) i believe it is mostly to collect taxes instead of actually trying to find some low steroid user.
If the drug K9 doesnt bark it should be fine.

In the future, first ask your source to make an invoice for a 20$, then pay them the rest. If they ask to show you an invoice, you will have the invoice and bank showing that you transfered 20$. In my case they didn't opened the package. They are not allowed. They just want to get more money from you for customs.

That happened to me once. Customs just wants money, at least in my country. I payed more and got the package. The package wasn't opened.

Does he ordered 1000 vials ? I don't know who would even investigate and waste time on a few vials. I heard many stories, but arest for a few vials, come on.

This customs letter shows emails where they sent it for testing and it came back as there was only empty vials of plastic which makes no sense cause they were geno pens in boxes. So it already seems like a trap reading the 20 page booklet they sent me so I am leaving it and taking a loss
