Cut fat while keeping muscle

You may be right about the body fat percentage but at the end of the day it's just a number.

I have visceral fat. I can see it. I have belly fat that I can grab.

It needs to go.

then keep working at it until its gone...if you were not really into fitness prior to losing all this fat don't lose hope just keep moving forward...

The fat's really starting to come off now since I stopped the weights and lowered the callories more.

I'm from 90cm waist to 88cm waist. I think I've lost about 1cm in a week.

certainly not because you dropped the weights.
at 65kg I would try to put on some muscle, or at least replace cardio with 30 min of basic weight training exercises - squats, deadlifts, bench presses, pullups and situps. Nothing's more effective at fat burning.

hes losing because hes not over eating... as I said before calorie deficit you will burn fat

I'm losing the fat because I am eating less because I'm not lifting.

I was not burning off the extra calories required to gain muscle.

I read somewhere that fisceral fat can only be burnt off with excercise. Or at least trying to get rid of it with diet alone is a very slow process, if not impossible. I can't remember the source of where I read that from.

Can anyone varify if this is true or not?

Shouldn't be the case. At least, it doesn't make much sense since both exercise and diet are the means to calorie deficit.

what other method is there? Pffft everyone and their methods..you want to lose fat.. Diet and exercise...normally when people don't see results its because they are eating to much Period.. kinda funny actually so many people turn to aas and pay for the newest Best diet solutions only to come up with the same conclusion IM NOT LOSING THE FAT... O wait they have a certain disorder about them that they are totally different then all other life that they cant lose weight on calorie deficit..I hear the same stuff daily in my business...#1 learn your LBM and then find your total caloric intake and stay below it.. exercise if you want as well. you will lose your fat. sorry to be like this but the world is full of people not wanting to try they rather buy a solution .. take that for what its worth

I probably could have worded that better.
yes, find your total calorie intake and stay below to lose weight. if you want to lose weight faster, eat less or nothing at all. I prefer to lose fat and maintain or even gain  muscle.
then figure out your macros. because not everyone seems to respond to same to different macro profiles.
then maybe figure out where you want to get your macros from, because not all fat or carbs burn or store the same. some have better or worse effects on metabolism and body composition.
maybe look into some functional foods. foods that could have a positive effect on the body regardless of the fat, carbs or protein they contain.
and I like to undereat/overeat in small cycles inside larger ones, as opposed to a weeks long cut, invariably followed by a bulk, then cut, then bulk...
