cut the fat and not the mucle???

I`m trying too start my first cut cycle, i have been bulking for 2 years now ,, my question is how too cut the fat and not the mucle. will some please post a good diet and what they do for a cuting program
 
Make sure you don't cut too many calories too soon, and be sure to get enough carbs to spare muscle and allow your protein to go to muscle maintainance. I'm one of the few people who still believe in not cutting carbs while dieting, so you or others may not agree with me about that. Also, do cardio in short spurts of 15-30 minutes with no more than 45 or 50 minutes of total cardio daily. If you want more help, I need to know your stats, bro.

Just things in general about you....Routines...Your Stats such as hieght, weight, Bodyfat percentage....Just general information that you can give people so it helps them help you
