I been following it exactly. I'm finishing the first week. I think I need to increase my calories, because it's so demanding. It's a awesome routine.
How's that Myo-X working for you? Shocked to see not everyone and their mother is taking it if it reduces myostatin by "46% in 100%" of people.... Curious if you're still blasting away with it...?Low dose?? Jesus, I'm super low dose compared to that, hahaha. Best of luck with the cut
I stopped using it because I did away with intra workout nutrition. I dialed in my preworkout nutrition and insulin better and just eat an hour preworkout now. Then again post workout. Did it help with gains? Maybe a little but you know it goes after so long at this game. How's that Myo-X working for you? Yeah, I was always skeptical of it, never tried it... I don't think they even make the stuff anymore. The idea, as a whole, of blocking myostatin is appealing to me... But, I never felt that product was the WAY to do it...I stopped using it because I did away with intra workout nutrition. Studies claim even creatine is a mild myostatin inhibitor , hahaha. After reading a lot more on the topic I think we have a long ways before any real mysostatin inhibitors hit the marketYeah, I was always skeptical of it, never tried it... I agree with you on being a long way from having a true myostatin inhibitor. Would be great even if they truly had something that inhibited 40-50% of our myostatin.Studies claim even creatine is a mild myostatin inhibitor , hahaha. We're approaching the end of week 3, so, I wanted to update a few things...
Weight is slowly dwindling down, around 15 or so pounds down. It seems to be slowing a bit, I imagine a lot of it was water retention. I'm feeling pretty strong now, not as depleted as I felt the first week or so, which is a relief.
I'm still trying to move heavy-ish weight around with good form and intensity, but I'm finding that's taxing my system just TOO much... This Gauntlet program is tough for a cut... You really don't seem to recover before you blast a body part again, so I may change this in the coming days. I will most likely switch over to Meadows Onslaught program, as it only brutalizes one body part per week, not many.... His contest prep is also an option, I'll take a look at both.
Veins are popping out, which is nice.... A bit hard to see with the tattoos, which is kind of the price you pay... Thankfully, I'm not a competitor so i don't care TOO much about people seeing the definition.
No huge changes as far as drugs, we upped the test just a bit... I feel like it's helping with maintaining a bit of fullness, as I'm not running an AI... If i were pre contest, I'm sure we'd be looking at an AI. But, no E2 related issues to speak of, so I'm happy.
Had a vacation last week into this weekend, and then it was the 4th... So diet was a tad bit sloppier, but I tried to control myself....It's SO hard to eat clean when you're in unfamiliar territory.

I was going to ask you how's the routine going for you. I'm on the 3rd week as well, and I'm not dieting but I feel so depleted. I don't feel recovered as well. I actually look like I'm getting smaller.
Hmm, what does your diet look like? I have done this before, on a surplus, and felt totally fine and recovered.... It's the fact I'm dieting down that has effected my recovery... Plus, I sleep like shit with tren in my blood... So that recovery aspect is shittier too.I

I'm at maintainance calories. I wanted to see if I can slightly tighten up , but I maybe it's just burning too many calories. When you ran it before, did you look full or depleted?Hmm, what does your diet look like? I have done this before, on a surplus, and felt totally fine and recovered....
