Cut Time - Team Stacking Plates W/ ChestRockwell

I'm at maintainance calories. I wanted to see if I can slightly tighten up , but I maybe it's just burning too many calories. When you ran it before, did you look full or depleted?
I think maint. calories is tough for this program, man. It's hard, and beats you up... I would consider either increasing overall macros, or changing the program until you're in a surplus. Hard to repair and build tissue in maintenance.

Okay, sorry for the overall lack of updates here guys, it's been a busy few months...

Anyway, things are going well overall. I was feeling like complete dog shit with the tren, so we pulled it last week. Switching over to primobolan instead. Added in winstrol on friday, so hoping to see a big more changes in the coming days too.

Weight change was dramatic at first, slowed down last week. However, the aesthetic changes kept happening (drying out, separation, etc.). Since I'm not competing in any sort of weight class, it doesn't matter a whole lot. However, it is nice to see that scale drop. Waist is shrinking, too, as pants are looser by a fair bit.

I'm VERY happy with the visible separation in my back, shoulders and chest right now. I can see the separate pec minor and major on each side, I think that's a great look. Also, the 3D effect is coming in hard on my shoulders.

Back was red from finishing legs and a bit hairy..... But, It's getting a lot better separation in my opinion.

Was wonderin where you been man. Back is looking good! You like the protocol? Do you feel that the dosages you're on (both gear and GH) are still allowing you to get everything out of this cycle?

I do. But, I was VERY resistant to removing the tren, however, I went with Chest's suggestion. I've never done a cut without tren, so, it's a bit of a mental hurdle for me. However, after dropping it last week, I already FEEL better. Now, there's also a delicate balance between feeling good, and just enough suffering that there are results. We also lowered the GH to just 2.5iu/day. Honestly, that was a new turn for me, too. But, I was having pretty serious joint pains in my hands and wrists, so we lowered it in hopes of eliminating that. The pain is gone, not sure if it WAS the GH, or not.

Time will tell, as we're only a month in, what the results will be like, especially after these recent changes. I would say this is CERTAINLY the healthier and more comfortable approach to cutting, as primo, test, mast and winny are all fairly mild (winny being the harshest of the bunch), compared to what others use like tren, DNP, halo, etc.

I'm trying to not let old habits and biases effect this program, and so far I've been good at letting go of old habits and trying things his way. I was a bit resistant last week when I felt like complete shit, and also saw results slow down. But, Chest was reactive and responsive, and came in with a whole new method for me to use. Let's see how it goes!

Thats crazy about joint pains at that dose compared to other dosage that you've run with less issues. I wonder why?

Tren always makes me feel like shit... first week or 2 I get super excited about it and then after that, it's like I'm just waiting to end it

Yeah, honestly, I'm not sure it WAS the GH, but that was the easiest thing to eliminate. I honestly think it happened while I was training shoulders, but, who knows?

The tren just became too big of a hindrance on my sleep and eating. I didn't have much of an appetite, and when I did, I only craved junk. I was lucky to get 5 hours of sleep, and, you just can't train hard every day with that shit.

To be honest, it was fascinating to me as well. GH is well-known to cause CTS (official name: bilateral median neuropathy) however I've very rarely seen it happen during a period of energy intake restriction, almost always during surplus phases.

But the good news is that the pain is subsiding. If this keeps up, we'll come up with a strategy moving forward (possibly raising it back to 4IUs but maybe not, we'll have to see)...

I was THINKING that it could be a combo of masteron's AI-like effect depleting my estrogen levels, in conjunction with CTS pain from GH, causing the overwhelming pain all together? It was genuinely painful, not just uncomfortable.

Very helpful posts, thanks!
Looking good Wunderpus

Anything is possible in the hormone world, but since we are still running a nearly identical A:E ratio on this stack, I'd imagine you'd still notice some pain if masteron were a contributor here...but, as with things of this nature, we'll want to keep a close eye on it in the coming days and make changes if required.

Nice to see updates in here, Personally im VERY interested in where this goes , ive been on a very low dose the past 8-9 weeks now and while i have lost some strength and about 3 lbs, im looking very full and separated, better than ever before and i honestly believe the change in training ( JM creeping death) and very clean eating at a surplus has made for the best improvements on my physique in years and on waaaay less gear. And a bonus to that is i feel great as apposed to that walking death feel i got so used to on blast.
Getting ready to run another JM program but havent been able to fully commit with work being super busy. Also mentally its such a commitment. CD almost broke me in the end and no way i would start another until i can fully get my head into it.
Your looking great BTW, even with the tats your very veiny and IMO u look just as big as before you dropped your doses. Keep it up Wunder, and a few more updates would be appreciated [emoji4]

Happy Thursday everyone!

Okay, well, let's talk about some updates, shall we?

Primo was added in on Saturday to replace tren. Man, I feel better. I really don't miss the tren... Although it's been truly a foundation for me in the past - during cuts - I may not use it as much in the future. It's amazing how much better you feel without it... Even lower doses. I used to tolerate them well, or so I thought, but not running it really has made me realize how nasty it can be on your body. I'm not ruling out tren in the future, but, I certainly can't foresee trying it again soon.

Winstrol has been a nice change of pace for me. I'm taking it pre workout and really enjoy the little kick it seems to give me. I am hoping we decide to add anavar soon, as I really miss those anavar pumps, I'm feeling somewhat flat and depleted during my lifts still, but nothing near as bad as when I was on the tren.

Test is the same, switched over to test enanthate to correspond with the pinning schedule of primo enanthate, same with masteron.

Right now, here's what it looks like all put together:
Primo E- 700mg's
Test E- 700mg's
Mast E- 700mg's
Winstrol - 50mg's/day
GH- 4iu
T3- 50mcg's

Nothing fancy here! Results have been very noticeable and steady. Weight is actually up 2 pounds on average this week, but I look considerably leaner, so, who cares?

Diet has been really good, definitely better than before. Also, added in a bit of cardio that wasn't really there before. Those two bits certainly added up into a much better package!

@Skull LOL! I noticed him in the pic after I posted it, thought it was pretty funny, too!
