Cutting Cycle Log

I posted in another part of the forum asking for advice and this is what I settled in on. I started today. I'm 31 years old and 6'3". As of this morning I am 285 pounds and 20% body fat by calipers. This will be my 4th cycle. The goal is to get down to 235-250 of rock hard muscle at about 8% body fat. I planned it for 12 weeks but I may stretch it out to 16 if I'm feeling up to it. I will try to post updates daily.

Cycle:
TBOL 50 mg/day for the first 4 weeks
Tren E 400 mg/week for 12 weeks
Test C 250 mg/week for 12 weeks
Mast P 400 mg/week for the last 8 weeks
T3 100 mg/day for the last 8 weeks
DNP 200 mg/day for the last 8 weeks
Exemerstane 25 mg/day for 14 weeks
Caber 0.5 mg/week for 14 weeks
HCG 666 iu/week for 14 weeks

PCT:
Clomid 50 mg/day for 5 weeks
Tamox 40 mg/day for 5 weeks

Diet:
Breakfast:
1 cup dry oats
1 banana
40 grams of protein
1 cups skim milk
1 large iced coffee

Meal 2, & 4:
16 oz chicken breast / steak round / tilapia
2 cup broccoli florets or 3cups mixed greens with vinegar
1 large unsweetened iced tea

Meal 3:
1 cup brown rice pasta with diced tomatoes and garlic
8 oz chicken breast / steak round / tilapia
1 cup broccoli florets or 2 cups mixed greens with vinegar
1 large unsweetened iced tea
1 32 ounce low cal Gatorade

Pre Workout:
1 scoop BCAAs

Post workout:
12 oz apple juice
40 grams of protein

Training:
Typical 5 day split
20 minutes of football sprints per day - 2 days/week off
30 minutes low pace cardio per day
30 minutes calisthenics per day

Day 1:
Big leg work out. I did supersets on calves and quads. 20 minutes of sprints up two flights of stairs followed by 2 sets of walk ups. Walked for 30 minutes after lunch. Finished off with 15 minutes of calisthenics consisting of different pushup positions, crunches, lunges, wall squats, dips, and jumping jacks.

Pinned 125 mg of Test E and 200 mg Tren E. Took 20 mg tbol in the morning and 30 mg pre workout. Took 25 mg exemerstane.

Diet was fucked up for day 1 because I jumped the gun on starting my cycle and hadn't cooked yet. Its too embarrassing the shit I ate so I'm not posting it:) Anyway I spent the night in the kitchen so I'm good to go tomorrow.
 
Day 2
Back and Biceps today. Superset on the Lats. I took my day off from sprints because my legs were shot from the leg workout yesterday. 30 minutes of walking stairs. 15 minutes of calisthenics.

I took 20 mg Tbol in the morning and 30 mg pre-workout. Pinned 333 iu of HCG.

I was a little surprised to see my weight go up to 289 this morning. I ate like shit yesterday so maybe it's the salt. Diet was better today but not quite nailed down yet. Macros were 93 fat, 320 carbs, and 260 protein. Tomorrow I will up the protein and cut down the carbs.

I'm feeling pretty good so far. I joined a new gym today that I think is a better match for me than the old shit hole. I think this cycle may end up being my best yet.
 
I wouldn't run that dnp on cycle... if at all. Other than that everything looks good. Good luck!
 
new gyms serve as good motivational tools. New scenery is always nice. Ofcourse I am referring to ass and tits, because iron is always iron!
 
Day 3:
Thanks for the interest everybody. I weighed in at 293 today... That means I put on 8 pounds of water in 3 days which is making me think my Tbol is probably really Dbol:eek: Annoying but whatever. I guess I'll have to get a little wet until my kickstart is over and the Tren starts to kick in. I was feeling really powerful in the gym today and pushed my bench press way up. More evidence for the Dbol theory huh?

Today was chest and triceps. I went big on the triceps and I'm still feeling it 4 hours later. I took 20 mg of "Tbol" with breakfast and 30 mg pre-workout. I also took 25 mg of exemerstane. My legs are still fried from Leg day so I skipped the sprints again but I will get back on tomorrow. I did 30 minutes of steps and about 30 minutes of walking around town.

Diet is getting closer to on track. Macros were 105 fat, 200 carbs, & 310 protein. Tomorrow I'll get the carbs down to 150. I guess I'm kind of easing into it.
 
Day 4:
Shoulders, neck, and core today. More shoulders than anything else. Boxing drills with the heavy bag for 15 minutes and 20 minutes of sprint/walk rotations one stairs. No calisthenics today because I just ran out of time.

I pinned 125 mg of Test cyp and 200 mg Tren E this morning. Took 20 mg of what I am now assuming is Dbol at breakfast and cut down to 20 pre-workout. I'm feeling good at the new gym. Lot's of new strength coming already. I've added 5-15% on all my lifts.

I weighed in at 290 this morning (down 3 from yesterday) so maybe the exemerstane is starting to do its job. Diet is still a bit rough... I am just hungry as hell but I am trying to keep it as clean as I can. I wake up hungry and it pretty much doesn't stop:) I'm not a big fan of anything I've tried besides caffeine for appetite suppression but I'd be open to any ideas you guys have. Macros were 119 fat, 212 carbs, & 293 protein. I really want to keep my fats well under 100, my carbs around 150, and my protein above 300. Tomorrow is another day...
 
Day 5:
I decided to dedicate a whole day to my core because I kind of pansied out on it yesterday. I did just under a thousand different types of crunches at different weights and angles. Cardio consisted of 45 minutes on the stairs, 30 minutes of walking around town, and 15 minutes of football sprints.

I pinned 333 iu of HCG and took 20 mg of Dbol at breakfast and pre-workout. It seems like I have better endurance already from the Dbol... I usually can't spend a whole day on just my core.

I weighed in at 290 again but I lost a half inch off the stomach already. So it seems like I'm doing something right. My appetite is still abnormally strong but I'm getting used to it now. My diet was a mixed bag. I had a bacon binge at breakfast but otherwise I kept it in check. Macros were 143 fat, 175 carbs, and 292 protein. Also, I had one gin and soda with my wife which I know is a bad idea with the orals but it just slipped my mind.
 
Day 6:
I've come full cycle and I'm back to my legs again... I probably should have taken a rest day or two in there but I'm feeling good so I figured I should just keep going. Cardio was 15 minutes of boxing drills, 30 minutes on the stairs, 30 minutes walking around town.

20 mg of Dbol at breakfast and pre-workout. In my last post I forgot to mention that I took 0.25 mg of exemestane yesterday...

I lost yet another half inch off my waist this morning which I found extremely surprising. I have been keeping super hydrated so it seems like I might just be burning fat really fast for once:drooling:. If I keep it up at this pace I will probably drop the DNP and T3 from the cycle as it will just be overkill. Diet was on point today. My macros were 75 fat, 165 carbs, & 312 protein.
 
huh .. i know this is a steroid forum however at 20% bf you could simply cut your calories by 5-7K/week, continue your lifting regimen and get to 10% bf in probably close to the same amount of time as your cycle.

granted you wouldn't gain much, if any, however you didnt state that as a goal. certainly would be much easier on your body. admittedly i didnt see your original thread asking for advice so i'll butt out here..

Thanks Tendency... I'm trying to cut the fat and keep as much muscle as I can or even gain a bit more if possible. I'd like to end up a nice, hard, and dry 7-8%. A few years a go I was 320 pounds with almost no muscle and I have learned a thing or two about diet during the journey to my current state. I'm trying to make the final leap and I believe this cycle will help. Thanks for the interest.
 
Day 8:

I took 20 mg Dbol with breakfast and 20 mg pre-workout. I've decided to start taking 0.25 mg of exemestane daily like I originally planned seeing as my weight has shot up to 297. I know Dbol puts weight on fast but most of this must be water. I have lost an inch total off my stomach so far though so who knows... My diet was pretty good: 55 fat, 225 carbs, & 305 protein.
 
Day 9:
Chest and triceps today. Another solid workout. I weighed in at 293. I'm looking bigger in the mirror already but I look pretty wet as well. I'm trying to do a bit better at controlling my salt intake now. 45 minutes on the stairs and 15 minutes of football sprints today. I pinned 333ius of hcg which seems to be doing its job so far. I took my daily exemestane, 20 mg of Dbol with breakfast, and 20 mg pre-workout. My diet was pretty fucked... 152 fat, 320 carbs, & 173 protein. I think the diet will get easier once I'm off the orals. Those little pills make me so god damn hungry.
 
What's your pace when you do stairs for cardio? I'm assuming you mean real stairs and not the stair master? If you are doing the stair master at what setting then?
 
Day 10
I worked my core today instead of shoulders to give my upper body a bit of a break. I walked for about 45 minutes. I took exemestane and Dbol split 20 for pre-workout and 20 in the late afternoon. I weighed in at 293 again so it looks like maybe the water weight is plateauing a bit. Diet would have been fine except I bitched out a bit on the protein intake. Macros were 105 fat, 209 carbs, and 156 protein.
 
What's your pace when you do stairs for cardio? I'm assuming you mean real stairs and not the stair master? If you are doing the stair master at what setting then?

Sorry for missing this post earlier. When I say steps or stairs I'm talking about walking up and down a flight or two of stairs at a steady pace. I adjust pace as nenecessary to keep myself sweating and breathing heavy the whole time. I hate cardio machines so I try to do my cardio in more creative ways...
