Hey guys...Looking for advice on a cycle im going to do. First cycle was testE Dbol, worked very well and stayed huge with good pct. Second cycle was test P along with dbol..All bulking of course...now for the cut

bf% ...scale says 20 witch seems close
I compete in strongman and powerlifting but am leaving the competing side of things. I want to trim up so that I can ride a bike without blowing tires, and fit into my wifes Honda civic lol..------- Getting bad knees ------
Dropping cals to 2800 300grams protein 120 grams carbs (good carbs). good fats from nuts and such.
I could use help on what would be a good number to stick to for fats and carb counting.
And now for the cycle, its a rough draft and need help filling in the missing pieces.
Profina (tren ace-test p) 1cc eod week 1-10
Winstrol oral 50mg ed week 3-10(may reduce 1 week)
Arimidex--have on had, unclear when and how much to use..
Nolv 40/40/20/20...2 weeks after last injection????
Training---- my work schedule is 7 on 7 off 14.5 hours. I will be doing P90X with my wife on the days I work (5days of the 7) and at least 6 days at the gym when im off work. Workouts are going to change from powerlifting to focusing on multiple reps, cardio every session 30-45 mins (walking jogging or biking).
I realize a lot of you are going to say lose weight first but the fact is I am doing this, but before I do I really could use help from people that really know what they are talking about. This will be a new goal of cutting weight and a better well being...Thanks to all who are going to take the time to help...
