How do you keep ending up losing all your gains? Went from 210 to 225.....then down to 210....back up to 220.....and down to 207. It sounds like diet needs to be a main focal point

Evom1 thanks for the comment. My primary goals with cycles are to increase my performance and strength over time, with some decrease in body fat. I work in a profession where increased total mass isn't ideal. I do indeed lose some gains after a cycle, but my overall strength numbers and muscle mass have increased over time (if you take my body fat into account).

My diet stays pretty consistent throughout my on and off-cycle times. Anti-inflammatory, but not super clean. My strength numbers from my first cycle (2 years ago) to now are the following (kept gains):

Bench: 320lbs to 400lbs
Squat 455lbs to 490lb
Deadlift: 415lbs to 485lb

Week 3 Update:
Bodyweight: 217.5 (up 10lbs)

My size is noticeably bigger with a moderate amount of water retention. I have increased my arimidex from 0.5g EoD to 0.5g ED. I have found that I need a little more arimidex in the past to control my water retention.

Strength is steadily increasing and I am really noticing it this week along with more intense pumps.

More updates to come!

So why do you you only run dbol, test, and deca? You’re weight goes up but not your lean body mass...I understand you’re going for strength but don’t now how your lifts keep improving so much by not adding muscle...

Thanks for the comment. I think posting my weight before the start of each cycle was a little misleading. I generally try to lean up before I start my cycle. My lean mass has indeed been increasing year over year. Here are my DEXA measurements (most accurate bone, body fat, and lean mass measurement method):

7/19/2016 (pre cycle):
Weight: 210.4lbs
Muscle only: 157.7lbs
Fat Mass: 45.3lbs

7/19/2017 (pre cycle):
Weight: 209.6lbs
Muscle only: 160.6lbs
Fat Mass: 41.8lbs
7/2/2018 (pre cycle):
Weight: 215lbs
Muscle only: 165.7lbs
Fat Mass: 41.8lbs

Total Gains from 2016 to 2018:
Weight: 5lbs
Muscle only: 8lbs
Fat Mass: -3.5lbs

1 cycle a year?

When you add up the above muscle and fat mass you will notice that they don't add up to the total weight. This is because the difference is the weight of bones.

I also want to address the increases in strength. Increases in strength are not linear with increases in lean body mass. Increasing muscle mass does typically increase strength, but another large component is neural drive and ability. This increases with training and practice. A powerlifting increasing their total while at the same general bodyweight is an example.

Pcomstore stopped working with pcom recently. You can read about it in their threads.
Crazy. Just checked it out. Interesting. As you can read above, my DECA and dbol are pharmacom labs (got it a few months ago). The testosterone was purchased through pharmacomlabs, but is alpha pharma.

Yes. Since 2016 I have done one cycle a year. I do my yearly physical (and blood work), 10-12week cycle, then just continue normal training throughout the year. I also always make sure to do mid and post-blood work.
Guess I should’ve paid more attention to the original post lol. Why keep using the same compounds?

It’s all good. I have slowly increased my number of compounds. I have been counseled that less is more if they are effective. Trying to be better to my body long-term.

1st cycle: test only
2nd: dbol, Test
3rd: Dbol, deca, Test

I’m all for less is better as well. I’m bad about wanting to run var with everything. Switched up my Injectables pretty much every cycle besides 2 runs with npp.
