This is the equivalent to saying : Hey George Patton lead troops to victory in WW2, so you could do the exact same huh? Stop using other people accoplishments to try and justify your ATTEMPTS.
When do you train? Do you have a job? Do you live life? I'm still skeptical you eat like this day in day outSorry should have specified that i pack in some of the calories through shakes but ill list you what i eat ( Nutrabolics shakes are 950 calories)
4:30- 2 Slices of Raisin Toast
10 Eggs (2 Yolks)
Nutrabolics Mass Fusion Shake
7:00- Chobani Yoghurt 140g
2 Cups of Oats (on milk)
1 Banana
9:00- Almonds 50g
Peanut Butter on Wholemeal Bread 2 slices
11:00- 250g of chicken or beef depending on the day with a Large white potato and a serve of Veg
1-1:30- Titan Bar ( to keep my metabolism going)
1 Banana
4:30(before 5:30 workout)- Refer to 11:00
7:00: Mass gain shake
9:00: 250g of either Kangaroo or Chicken
2 Cups of rice ( cooked measurement)
1 serve of Veg
10:30 (before bed)- 2 slices wholemeal bread with Cottage cheese
1 Large coffee
Fuck man idk. I can maintain a body weight close to 220 with half the calories u eat so if ur eating that much and not at least gaining some fat ur a metabolic freak of nature. If u are getting fat eating like that u aren't training correctly. With those kind of calories daily and a good training program, SOMETHING should be happening. Give us some lift numbers , pr's, working sets, stuff like that.Is there anything i should be changing in my diet?
Im open to suggestions on growing naturally but i just dont see me gaining any discernable size being natty
Pictures. I want to see this 6'3 105kg beast who eats more than I do. And I do cardio (swimming) for 3 hours a day for college, and lift on top of that. I'm not anywhere close to where you are...I train from 5:30-7 or around 7 im not too worried if i run a little over
Im assistant manager of an airconditioning and electrical company(pretty physical as i run jobs that have roughly 500 Units under construction)... Working 8 hour days
Ive always had a big appetite i was pretty fat between 8-15years old lost all the weight but decided i was too small and weak looking
Im not here to try and convince anyone believe what you will but 105 at 6'3 really isnt that heavy ive got a heavy base my legs are pretty thick naturally
I get that you guys are skeptical but why would i make it up it wouldnt benefit me at all im looking for advice...
